Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer, Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Today we make bread, pastries, cakes, lunch items (and so much more!) that we proudly serve to guests in our bustling shop, our Zingerman’s partner businesses, the southeastern Michigan community and beyond.

Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more! Baking has been my passion since I was a little girl! I recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, but I wanted to pursue my passion and dream! I only schedule a few weddings every week to give your cake the personal attention and detail it deserves.
