Chef Nikia Spotts is a seasoned culinary professional with over a decade of experience in the food & hospitality industry. Her passion for food sparked at a young age & has only grown stronger over the years. She pursued her culinary aspirations by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, where she attained a BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management. Chef Nikia has an impressive professional background, having worked at renowned establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, & Restaurant Associates.

Since 1997, Bartleby & Sage has catered thousands of unforgettable events across New York: They rocked out a star-studded MTV Awards afterparty for thousands of ravenous celebs. Bartleby & Sage transformed New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom into a rainforest for a benefit hosted by Sting and Trudie Styler. A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Nikisha Williams found her calling to cuisine at a very young age. In the Caribbean, it was commonplace to share large meals with family and friends made from ingredients picked outside your door and seasonal harvest feasts were shared with the entire community. Nikisha learned quickly that good, nourishing food was a blessing meant to be celebrated and she developed a passion for celebrating it.
