I'm a Bay Area native with over 12 years in the commercial photography realm. I got my start on the beaches of Los Angeles back in 2012 shooting commercial swimwear campaigns for some of the best designers in swim and fashion. That opened the door to countless opportunities with modeling agencies, reality television, and fashion design. In 2018 I made the move back up north to San Francisco where I grew up. With a wide network of friends and family up here, I found myself catapulted into the Wedding and Elopement industry - and absolutely loved it! I'm honored when I get to be a part of one of the best days of a couple's life together.

I commit to a limited number of Weddings per year to ensure that your day remains a priority. Photography is all about connection and your photographer will be one of the biggest and longest-lasting connections you’ll share with any of your wedding vendors. My favorite part about my job is helping my couples get exactly what they want from their wedding documentation. I specialize in digital and analog film and love to document the real moments and make you feel comfortable in the process. I am a local, born and raised kamaʻaina of the island of Oʻahu. As a teenager and into adulthood, I fantasized about being a wedding photographer. Today, I get to live and share my pipe dream with amazing people right here in my island home in Hawaii. Your Big Day is as special as you are, as individuals, as a couple, and as a growing family. I have come to find my purpose in helping people highlight what glows about them.

Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience to each of our clients from the very beginning to the very end - not just on the wedding day. In fact, we were recently awarded Best of Weddings Hall of Fame for consistently exceeding our client's expectations year after year. We understand that for most of our clients, this is their very first time planning a wedding and we know that it can sometimes be overwhelming. I am a wedding photographer with 10+ years in photography and just over 3 years working exclusively with weddings and couples. I absolutely love what I do and being able to be a part of something so monumental in each of my clients relationship. My goal is to help out in the stressful moments with my experience to make sure everything runs smoothly, and then to blend in and capture the moments of joy from the background for the majority of your day.

Kay Salera is an award-winning, international photographer, who has been photographing couples in various locations all over the world. She is originally from Japan and now calls Hawaii her home. She has lived throughout the United States, Canada, Thailand, Italy, and France, and is always ready for the next adventure. She enjoys incorporating each couple's unique love story by seeking out breathtaking backgrounds and capturing one-of-a-kind, intimate moments.

Hi there! My name is Alexandra but I go by Alex. I have a lot of energy and I'm a go-getter. I love capturing and preserving memories, I love helping people to smile and enjoy themselves, and I love meeting new people. Being in front of a camera is not easy but my job is to make it as painless and normal as possible and hopefully you will pay more attention to where we are and who you are with than what we are doing. My goal is to work with my clients time and time again, to document the different stages of their life- so hopefully this isn't a one time deal because I'm here for the long haul if you want me!

Jun is the creative mind behind blanc. He is rarely without his camera in hand, spurred by his passion, curiosity for people, places, and his fascination for the art of photography.​ Over the past twenty years his work has been published and exhibited worldwide. His work & time is split between long term personal projects, commissions for private and commercial clients, promotions, and charitable organizations. His interest in photography began at younger age in the darkroom, with recognition and winning numerous awards, in 2001 he began his career as a visual storytelling photographer.  Jun currently lives in Oahu with his family. 

Before becoming a wedding photographer, I lived in Korea and Japan as an actor and director. I honed my craft on the stage, in short films, and K-Dramas. In 2001, my wife and I were married and we decided to move back to Hawaii where we could start our family and start my career as a wedding photographer.

Born & raised in the beautiful state of Hawaii. If you’re local and you need to ask “where you from?”, I’m from this pretty cool neighborhood called Kalihi. Currently living in Honolulu with my wonderful wife, Emi and my two boys, Luke & Levi.
