Miri Nadler is a self-taught cake artist and owner of Miri Nadler Cake Design in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her flowered masterpieces are hand painted with a palette knife and her choice of icing is creamy buttercream instead of the usual hard sugar fondant impossible to eat.
