My name is Olivia or Liv, and I am the face behind Liv Nelson Photography ( so cliche I know, but it’s true!!!) I have always had a love for photography but I didn’t get into weddings until 2020. When I’m not behind the camera I’m most likely in my garden pulling weeds or chasing squirrels away from my plants!

We are photographers for hire with a love for candid moments and a modern, fine art aesthetic. Evan is your point person and lead photographer. He has been shooting weddings, portraits, and brand work for over 6 years. Gabrielle’s background lies in visual arts and theatre, and comes well into play during creative decision making. Marley Photography is based out of Charleston, SC. Rhett Marley studied to become a professional photographer, and Alicyne, his wife, is his assistant. Together they have photographed over 400 weddings across the east coast. They are currently booking for all of 2023 and 2024. Rhett is an easygoing photographer who desires to capture photos that look natural, relaxed, and breathtaking.

Capturing candid moments and raw emotions is something we specialize in. Our business began in the planning arena in 2008. In 2015 we grew into the photography space. In regards to planning, we have done all sizes of events from meet and greets to weddings. After perfecting photography we learned how to capture special moments on film in 2017. We have planned, photographed, and filmed hundreds of events and offer all three services.

We both think the ultimate reward with being a wedding photographer is when your bride and groom express to you that they are head over heels in love with their photos, or their mom/dad shed happy tears when looking through their online gallery. It is without a doubt the most rewarding feeling one can have. At that point you know that you have made an extremely gracious and happy client, one who will cherish our work/photos of them for many years to come.
