Tredici Bakery is a specialty bakery located in the heart of Baton Rouge's Mid City district. We specialize in airy French macarons, stunning wedding cakes, decorated sugar cookies, and seasonal pastries. All of our products are made in small batches by hand, using only the best ingredients.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

We're as excited as you are! Finally, Vegan Macarons is the first and only vegan macaron bakery in Houston, Texas! We not only pride ourselves in offering the most delicious macarons you might ever taste, but we also make sure they're made with high-quality ingredients. Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Owners Felix and Cheryl Sherman, natives of New Orleans, opened the doors at The Ambrosia Bakery on December 1, 1993. Looking back, they can truly say that a lot of things happened for a reason. Beginning as a delivery route truck driver and working his way up to branch manager, Felix learned how to successfully lead a team of people in sales and marketing.
