Seats max 120, however adding indoor space for buffet, etc., we recommend 80-100. For a reception rental on a Saturday, this venue is $10,500 and includes gold chivari chairs and tables. Built as Florida's most modern and elegant mansion in 1886 by John B. Stetson, the famed hat maker, the Stetson Mansion is an architectural masterpiece embellished with rich details including 16 different intricate parquet floor patterns and the 10,000 panes of antique window glass. The couples who chose our National Historic Place for their wedding have a keen interest in history and provenance. Their curiosity about Florida’s finest example of luxurious 19th century architecture attracts them to the mansion for one of our historic or Christmas tours. They are overwhelmed by the story and beauty of the home and know this is where they must get married.

This traditional colonial building was built in 1926 and known as the Riverside Mormon Church. The Junior League of Jacksonville purchased the building in 1979 and by 1980, we opened our facilities to the community and its many organizations. The Riverside House offers its board room, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public. It is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions and provides a beautiful atmosphere for any celebration.

Our space is dripping with ornate detail, with its antique tin ceilings, hardwood floors, and many of the original elements of the church preserved, offering an intimate yet spacious experience. FPC holds up to 110 people, has two all-gender bathrooms, a grand foyer, a room which can be used as bridal room/prep quarters, a back area for backstage or prep needs, and has beautiful gardens for a breath of fresh air. Located 3 blocks from historic Five Points, our beautifully renovated space also has immediate access to I-95 and I-10.​

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (aka Old St. Andrew's) was designed by architect Robert S. Schuyler in the Gothic Revival style. Schuyler also designed St. Peter's Church in Fernandina, built in 1881, as well as chapels in Waldo, Fairbanks, Pablo Beach, and Lake Santa Fe. St. Andrew's was built in 1887 on a single level using brick masonry and contained a massive front corner tower with louvered belfry and steep spire roof. It stood at 317 Florida Avenue, now 317 A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard. St. Andrew's was the only major church in the city that survived the Great Fire of 1901.
