The newly restored 8,900 sq. ft. barn is the main attraction suitable for wedding receptions and ceremonies. Four Winds is a fully functional farm focusing on permaculture and can accommodate both small and large parties year-round. The barn, which holds 200 people, provides thoughtfully designed spaces that can be customized to suit your needs. The Loft is the most significant space on the barn's second level and has been updated and restored to enhance the gorgeous long wooden beams. This area is equipped with audio-visual hookups and speakers. The spacious kitchen and dining area was the newest addition during the refurbishment, and it includes a catering kitchen and a fireplace, creating a wonderful homely feeling. The Venue at River's Edge is a recently restored Venue in downtown waterloo. Formerly the building was used as a community building before the city of waterloo had things like a school gym or a theater. At one time the building hosted a long list of events including basketball games, weddings, movies, plays, and even a rifle range in the basement. After being restored we are now again hosting events with a primary focus on weddings and receptions. The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

The room can hold up to 250 guest for a plated reception or 220 for a buffet reception. Attached to the room is The Pub Bar. This large bar is penninsula shaped and served from 3 sides. There are several tables in the surrounding area for guests to easily gather around. You and your guests will have access to our spacious patio where the views of the golf course continue. This space can also serve as the perfect back drop for an on-site ceremony. The Evergreen Room offeres an adjoining Bridal Suite.
