I got engaged in 2019, and planned a whole wedding with Sound River for October 2020- of course, I had to push it a whole year! Sound River was extremely accommodative in pushing our date a full year, and helped ease a lot of our stress. Una, the venue coordinator, is an absolute gem! She is extremely organized, warm, and easy to work with. Our wedding celebration ended up being an absolute blast, and everyone kept commenting how magical the venue was with the NYC sky line. I would recommend Sound River to any friend who is looking to soak up NYC’s beautiful sky line in a venue that can be a blank canvas for whatever style you want to go for! The recommended vendor list is amazing, and we used exclusively local vendors. It was an excellent choice! Thank you Sound River for making our day so magical.

I am getting married in May of this year and let me tell you I am so glad we were fortunate enough to book this venue! The team is incredibly kind, sweet and flexible. This with the photo spots outdoors at Catlett, beautifully decorated barn, something borrowed closet, online planner made by the team (which takes all of the stress away and helps everything stay organized), open houses, social media info...I mean WOW. We decided to check out Berry Acres because it was so close to our house, about a 5 minute drive. They were so kind and answered all of our questions. Not to mention the venue was absolutely gorgeous! We booked that day and haven't regretted it for a minute. They took care of us in every way possible on our wedding day. I fully anticipated problems throughout the day and not one thing went wrong! I am so thankful for our venue and everything they did to make our wedding the best day of our lives! We got married in May and are still getting tons of compliments about our wedding! Nicole was so much fun to work with and made the planning process so easy. Many of the vendors we ended up using came off of an extremely helpful list she gave us. Their familiarity with the venue and experience working with the staff at The Roostertail made coordination and communication so easy, especially since we were living out of state during the planning process! We had gorgeous weather for our beautiful ceremony overlooking the river, and our reception was also amazing! All of the food was delicious, but the appetizers were definitely my favorite. I still sometimes crave them six months later! Nicole and her staff were so accommodating, making sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and were having a good time. I HIGHLY recommend the milkshake bar. We’ve had so many people tell us that it was such a unique and fun thing to have at a wedding. Overall we had such a great time and would recommend The Roostertail for any kind of event!

The Lake House was phenomenal to work with. Getting married during a pandemic is stressful enough, but Paul and his team really made it as stress free as possible! The facility is lovely; large, classy, clean, and inviting. The staff was also friendly and courteous, and the food was absolutely fantastic! Carole the banquet manager took care of everything the day of my wedding so I did not have to worry about a thing! If I had any questions or a problem, Paul was quick to reply and even called me when necessary to make sure that our wedding went exactly the way we wanted it to. The flexibility of The Lake House was also great, I was able to make day-of decisions regarding an outdoor wedding and placement of decorations. What I also liked is ours was the only wedding that day, so we were able to use the whole facility, and the staff was dedicated to us the entire evening! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Grace River Island Resort and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. The hosts, Mike and Karen, were the kindest individuals we could have hoped for. It was evident that they were genuinely invested in ensuring our special day went flawlessly. They were absolute all-stars during the planning process, too. They were always there to answer our questions promptly, providing detailed information and guidance whenever needed. Mike and Karen were also experts when it came to setting up and planning the day. They effortlessly coordinated all the elements of our special day, ensuring that everything flowed seamlessly. We also appreciate how prepared they were for the weather. We had concerns about potential rain on our wedding day, but the hosts had thought of everything. They had umbrellas at the ready, furniture under the tent, ready to be moved at event time. And, even though we had a light sprinkle here and there, we were able to delay our ceremony just a few minutes so that chairs could be dried off on the lawn. Although we never had full rain, we ended up having our reception in the clubhouse which was a blessing with how hot it was. And afterward, we still were able to enjoy dancing and socializing on the deck and throughout the whole property. Speaking of the venue itself, it was absolutely amazing. The setting was unlike anything we had ever seen before in SW Florida. The picturesque landscapes and breathtaking views provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The various lounge areas were such a wonderful, unique feature that really made Grace River Island a unique venue. Some of our favorite memories are from spending the weekend at the house. We rented it from Friday-Sunday and had the bridal party and some friends stay with us. It provided such a fun opportunity to celebrate with our closest friends and family all weekend. After the wedding, we all even decided to take a swim which was such a cool, core memory. Grace River Island Resort offers a one-of-a-kind experience that we and our guests will cherish forever. If you're looking for an amazing and truly unique wedding venue, look no further. We highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking a memorable experience.

The inn drew thousands of visitors for a three-day welcome celebration for the King Harbor opening and soon became a hangout for racers including Peter Revson, an F1 Grand Prix Winner. The Cannonball Run, a car race from New York to Los Angeles turned feature film, was first run in 1971 with The Portofino Inn as the final destination.

Where do I begin?!! The Portofino Hotel & Marina was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! From day one all the way to today, a few days after the wedding, all the staff we encountered has been excellent!! Specifically I want to give a shout out to Sierra, Rain, Luis, Paco, & Mac. Sierra was my main hotel wedding coordinator and contact. She was so responsive, attentive, organized, sweet, available, and amazing!! I couldn’t be happier with her and her services. The entire experience was seamless. We planned an entire wedding in under 2 months together as I was eager to marry my man this year. She was so helpful and explained any and all things when I had questions. Starting with booking the venue all the way to the day after the wedding. Everything was so organized, including the deadlines of decisions I needed to make, and payment info, and what to do if it rained. She had everything covered. THANK YOU THANK YOU SIERRA!! Rain was also another venue coordinator & catering sales manager who helped us too and he was amazing as well. He stepped in when/if Sierra was out of the office and he attended our tasting and answered so many questions as well. He was so nice, sweet and great to work with. Very organized and never missed a beat! Thank you Rain!! Luis, the director of Banquets, handled anything food and drink related and everything was perfect. He even placed two of each hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table (knowing we probably wouldn’t get a chance to eat them during cocktail hour as we were busy mingling) and he was right!! It was such a sweet, simple gesture that made a big impression on us. Paco was one of the Bartenders from the day of (I never got a chance to meet our other bartender) and he was so fun and cheerful and positive and an overall great spirit. Guests kept telling me how much they loved Paco and me too! Mac worked on the hotel side and we met him when we checked in and he handled ALL our luggage and he also golf carted me around on the actual wedding day so I didn’t have to walk too much. He was super sweet and was so helpful and had a great vibe! Also, my initial point of contact was Melanie who responded to my initial venue request. She was so great and helpful and responsive that right away we were sold and we booked the venue the next day without ever even seeing it in person. On top of all the AMAZING staff, the venue is just absolutely beautiful!! You can’t find a prettier ocean front venue in the So Cal. Just gorgeous. We chose a type of all-inclusive wedding package that included a sit down 3-course dinner, open bar, ceremony, hotel room, wedding cake, and many more perks such as white linen, candles on each table, arch on the ceremony grass, champagne toast, etc. It was perfect, efficient, organized and made my life so easy. I really didn’t have to do much except invite guests and show up!! many of my guests told me afterward they were so impressed with the staff, venue and the food!!! Seriously, the food was excellent. I know all of this sounds too good to be true but honestly it was. I had zero problems, no horror stories, nothing. It truly was a PERFECT day and overall experience. I also found out afterward that a coworker of mine got married here too this past summer and she said the same thing. Her day was perfect as well and I am not surprised at all. Thank you to everyone at the Portofino! We cant wait to come back just to enjoy the restaurant, the views and the excellent service :)

Hands down the best choice we could have made! Ty & Craig were both so wonderful and helpful through the whole process. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. My wedding day was perfect because of them! They host several open houses throughout the year which helped me pick all my other vendors. Ty is so kind and wonderful, and has built really good friendships with a lot of other people in the industry. The inclusive package is wayyy worth it. We saved so much getting the Rose package! The getting ready suites were spotless when we arrived. Perfect areas for getting ready photos. Literally the whole property is a dream and they have done a lot of work over the last year making it even better! I will never stop recommending them!!

The team at Carlsbad Windmill is top-notch. Friendly, attentive, and really good at their jobs! As a wedding guest last December, I had an incredible time! First off, the ceremony hall is like stepping into a cathedral of light and space. High ceilings? Check. Skylights? Double check. And there's a window wall on your right, so we all caught a mesmerizing silhouette of the bride before her grand entrance: incredible. We headed out to the patio for photos, drinks, a delicious cheese platter, and supersized Jenga, then made our way up to the great hall. The theme was gorgeous with colorful tropical flowers, blue glassware, exposed rafters, and beautiful modern bubble chandeliers. And get this—they had a phone service that turned your well-wishes into an vinyl LP. The dessert bar and drink selection were top-notch and we all loved the buffet. The DJ was fabulous: we danced and danced ... Then 10 steps and we were tucked up in the Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel. We had a great time and highly recommend Carlsbad Windmill by Wedgewood Weddings.

We toured several venues in the Orlando area before landing on Paradise Cove. Eva and her staff were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The organization of the planning the months before, the attention to detail all throughout and the level of communication had top notch transparency for our day. An absolutely wonderful experience. The Berrys are insightful and very observant, and do a really great job of listening to you and understanding what is important to you and your future spouse. As we talked about what we wanted we asked for some special ceremonial aspects specific to us. It was perfectly integrated. We were looking for something a little less traditional but also with the familiar structure so that the more traditional family members would follow along without too much confusion. It was the perfect balance. I honestly I’m just so happy my now wife found the Berrys. There is a lot that goes into a wedding and we can be worried about decorations, and invites, the family politics and food, djs, catering… but the most important part at the end of the day is 30min ceremony where the officiant make you married. I think Jon was just an amazing human and I’m so happy he could stand with us and marry us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get married.

The owners are always around on the wedding day and are ready and willing to assist in any way necessary. They keep the property pristine and every wedding I've ever shot there has gone so smoothly. We also worked with them quite a few times in 2020, and their willingness to work with their couples to fit their needs so they could move forward with their wedding in unprecedented times was incredible. I love the variety that they have in ceremony spots, from the chapel off site to their lake-side location, Wind in the Willows can fit any couple's vision. From a photographer's perspective, we're constantly finding new beautiful spots on the property to take photos, and every turn is so picturesque. The Sanctuary was formerly a church near The Octagon, a historic octagonal building on Roosevelt Island, now on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the Sanctuary's original stained glass windows and locally quarried granite combine with more modern features, including a sweeping 40-foot ceiling and 30-foot marble bar, to create an effect that's nothing short of marvelous. The Sanctuary opens onto a covered veranda, complete with lounge seating and an Instagram-ready mural of Roosevelt Island. Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

One of the best decisions my husband and I made was to have our wedding at Riggers Loft. From start to finish, the owners, Barbara and Kevin, were super friendly and responsive, and really took great care of us. Also, the venue itself is super unique, and we got a ton of compliments on our choice from our guests! You really can't beat the amazing view of the SF skyline, being right on the Bay, in such a cool and historic area. Oh, and the wine and cider selections are simply impeccable! We cannot recommend this venue more highly! One thing to note is that we do NOT recommend the in-house caterer, Chef Frank Miller. He completely messed up the menu for our wedding despite many conversations ahead of time confirming it and then acted extremely unprofessionally when it was brought to his attention. He was the one blemish on our otherwise flawless wedding. This is no reflection whatsoever on Riggers Loft, though, which has totally different staff from Chef Frank. Go with Riggers Loft, but hire an outside caterer!!!!

My husband and I were married at Blenheim and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! It was an absolutely perfect wedding celebration and the incredible staff at Blenheim helped make it that way. The farm is stunning and the food is delicious but the 5 star treatment is what sets Blenheim apart from other venues. We are both still on Cloud 100! From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Blenheim, we were taken care of. There are so many decisions to make throughout the planning process, and Min, Carol and Laura helped walk us through each decision. We began working with Mina as the time grew closer to our wedding day and words cannot express how absolutely incredible she is. Mina and her team are proactive, decisive, kind, calm, thorough, knowledgable and gracious. We arrived on Wednesday before our wedding and from the moment we arrived on the property, we were greeted with fresh appetizers from the garden. This service continued throughout the weekend with freshly made muffins and other morsels of deliciousness. Mina and her team were accessible during our entire stay at Blenheim and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Any type of anxiety that I had going into the weekend was immediately put at bay when greeted by Mina. The wedding ceremony itself was beautiful - truly perfect - and the cocktail hour and reception were amazing. Needless to say, the Michelin star rated food was impeccable. Our guests had a blast and no one wanted it to end. As we relive our amazing wedding weekend through the beautiful pictures and stories, I will always be thankful for the decision we made to have our wedding at Blenheim.

Our wedding day was the absolute best day of our lives. The amazing staff at Candlewood went above and beyond to make sure of that. From the moment we booked with Conor, I was so excited to get married there. Then, when we met with Christian, he made us feel calm, excited, and ready for our big day. Two days before, we dropped off all of our decor and I told him I was a little stressed. He took extra care to walk us through the day and I left calm and excited. On our wedding day, we had two bridal attendants, they were AMAZING. I truly felt like a queen all night long. They greeted us off the bus, offered champagne and snacks in the bridal suite, would not let me walk without picking up my dress to keep it clean, held my bouquet, fixed my hair. All night, they made sure we had food and drinks. They went above and beyond. We felt that each and every one of the staff were just so genuinely excited for us and it made us very happy. I could not imagine a better day. I had many guests come up to me and tell me that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! And the food and the cake were top notch! I will be telling everyone about the beautiful venue and the wonderful staff for the rest of our lives. If you have the chance to get married here, DO IT. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much for everything! It was exactly what we were hoping for. So much so that we want to sing a few praises. The fie top suite is adorable! Roomy yet still quaint. We loved there was no tv! We didn't even really mind the limited cell service. It was nice to unplug. The arbor decor was even more beautiful than we imagined. Pastor Jack was as sweet as pie. Everyone we met was as down to earth and welcoming as if we were in our home town. Tracy and her husband are the sweetest and her food and set up was the perfect ending to a perfect day. We both ate things we had never eaten and it was absolutely delish! I've never eaten a steak with out steak sauce but hers was good to the last bite. Please send our chefs kiss to her and to sally for the cutest wedding cake! Last but definitely not least. We cannot say enough good things about Mike. First he introduced us to some fantastic beer and pizza on Friday and on Saturday he did not disappoint. You can truly tell that he is passionate about getting those "money shots" and making his clients wishes come true. We expressed we weren't telling anyone we eloped until we got our pictures back and two hours later Mike delivered several for us to tell everyone with. We are picture people and never have we gotten that type of service. We cannot wait to see how the rest come out! We know we were the first to take the elopement package and we highly recommend it to anyone! It was absolutely worth it! There isn't a bad thing we can say about the whole experience. My wife and I were scouting the Thursday Club for a potential wedding venue, and as soon as we pulled up we knew it was perfect. Upon walking in and meeting Chris, our feelings were only affirmed even further. The warm hospitality you are greeted with can only be matched by the truly breathtaking views and location of the venue. We can honestly say there is not one thing we wish was different when looking back at our special day. The entire process, from scouting 9 months in advance, communication throughout, the rehearsal, and then the actual day of the event, everything was perfect. We even had the additional challenge of planning our entire event from the opposite side of the country, but Chris was so responsive and accommodating, it was seamless. We could not possibly recommend the Thursday Club any more, if you are looking for a magical venue with a wonderful host and some outstanding vendor recommendations, your search is over.

Fireseed is such a beautiful location and the staff and owners put their all into ensuring you have the smoothest ride, planning and the day of. Everyone kept asking us if wedding planning was stressing us out, I can honestly say Fireseed made it so easy. We only had to book our music, flowers, alcohol, and a couple permits. The rest was all taken care of by Fireseed and their team. I can not recommend it more and knew as soon as I saw the location if I had ties to Whidbey Island I would be getting married there. I had my daughters wedding on April 13, 2024. It was the most magnificent wedding I have ever been to. All my guests raved about the food, the venue And the view was second to none. We worked closely with Gabe who made all of my daughter’s dreams come true. He was Very responsive to all our needs before and during the wedding. We met with him many times to discuss table arrangements, food etc.; he never rushed us and took all the time in the world to make sure that we got everything we wanted. It was a magical and perfect evening and my daughter and her husband are over the moon. I highly recommend this place among any other venue I’ve ever been to. You will not be disappointed in anything. People are still calling me and telling me what a magnificent wedding and that they were so impressed with it that they talk about it to all their friends. I do not give this review lightly. The wedding was pure perfection! Ty so much Gabe - you are one in a million and we are forever grateful for turning the most important night of my daughter’s life into the most magnificent!!!

WOW just WOW! I feel so privileged and honored to say I was married at the Crane Club - I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I spent months trying to find the perfect venue to no avail, but the second I visited The Crane Club - I fell in love all over again (I cried actual tears). I just knew it was the one! I was able to tour and meet with Maureen the first day and instantly loved and appreciated how effortless it was talking with her. It made the decision all the more easier. From that day she was my first go to person, she answered all my texts and emails instantly, and even entertained a half hour conversation on the phone with me when I needed help processing all the math surrounding my final invoice. She was just always so patient, kind, and willing to put out any fires without hesitance and I cannot thank her enough!!! Summer was my next go to person that I got to meet at my taste testing and communicated every single detail with up until the big day. She was also so kind, helpful, and extremely patient with my gajillion emails and never ending back and forths until I made sure I had everything I wanted and needed. She was such a boss! My only complaint would be the upkeep of the exterior’s cleanliness in certain areas - the birds have taken a likeness to this place and often leave evidence of such behind. So unfortunately that was a bit uncomfortable when people were around those areas; I had wished some more power washing could’ve been done. Luckily however, it was nothing my photographers weren’t able to fix with some photo magic at the very least - and most of the areas where guests were, were kept clean. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t take away from the fact that every single person at the Crane Club worked so hard to ensure my day was seamless and the efforts did not go unnoticed, because even 5 months later all my guests still rave at the beauty and excellence of that day. We often talk about all the delicious foods and sweets we indulged in that day because it was unexplainably delicious!! It was almost unfair because of how difficult it was to want to eat everything in sight without having enough room in our stomachs to do so! I cannot thank everyone enough on this magnificent team for making my day feel like such a dream! Don’t think twice about allowing the Crane Club to make your dreams come true too xx (I’m hoping someone invites me soon to their wedding at the Crane Club - just so I can experience it all again!)

The venue has both indoor and outdoor seating options for the reception. There are a lot of different food drink options for the menu too. We had a delicious tasting session the food on the wedding day was so yummy too. We chose this venue because: 1. We love the half moon bay brewery 2. The view venue are beautiful 3. We loved Brittani and the staff the minute we first stepped on the grounds and had our first tour of the place! We found Living Stone in our own backyard and were immediately swept away by the natural beauty of the landscape and the incredible work Heather and Django have put into making the space what it is. Words truly can not describe what they have created, from the boulders along the moss path to the hand-built mortise and tenon pavilion to the waterfall that seems to be the heartbeat of the living stone, you simply have to experience it to understand what it is. Beyond the natural beauty, Heather and Django shared with us and our families the warmest hospitality and most delicious food. We met and discussed some of our ideas, and quickly Heather had curated a menu that not only reflected who we are but would still be approachable to all of our guests. The food was locally sourced, fresh, and absolutely incredible. It is clear that Heather, Django, and their staff are passionate about what they create and serve to the people who have the privilege of experiencing everything Living Stone has to offer. The day of our wedding it rained for the entirety of the day, while we had to pivot our plans a little bit, Heather had a rain contingency plan that was executed flawlessly by her and their staff, and our day was ultimately perfect. The rain charged the creek, and the waterfall roared, and we danced the night away. We simply could not have found a place more beautiful or run by people more talented and incredible. We have and will continue to recommend Living Stone for anything one could need an event space for. The grounds are expansive and beautiful and would be well suited for any gathering of people who want to celebrate love in a truly spectacular place. We chose Tim McLoone's Supper Club as the venue for our wedding in September 2019 - and we are so glad we did! Our Event Director, Victoria De Santis, guided us through each step of the process. Her knowledge and expertise was so comforting, but her excitement, encouragement, guidance, and wisdom made us feel like family. And on the big day, the entire staff did the same - they were amazing! The venue itself is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Having my wedding at the Seabrook Island Club was always my dream, so it was no surprise that it was the first decision (after saying yes to my now husband) I made when planning my wedding! We were lucky enough to be one of the first couples who had their reception at the newly renovated clubhouse and all of my guests to this day still talk about how beautiful it is there. Everything was taken care of with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Michelle, the wedding coordinator, was patient and answered every question we had--which was quite a lot due to planning a wedding during COVID. One of my favorite memories was waiting in the bridal suite with my husband after pictures and before cocktail hour--it was a quick moment we were alone together and Michelle brought us some hors d'oeurves and cocktails to enjoy before our guests arrived! I still cannot get over not only how beautiful the Clubhouse is, but how wonderful the staff is! It lived up and surpassed, my dream wedding!

Wow I can’t say enough great things about Melissa and the team at Isla del Sol. Not only was the venue just beautiful but they took care of EVERYTHING and it was the easiest process to plan. I am an out of town bride, so having an all-inclusive venue was super important to me. The venue and atmosphere were everything I could have dreamed. Melissa and the staff are the most friendly and welcoming individuals. Melissa is so on top of it, super quick to respond, stayed in touch during our long year & half engagement, and worked with us to schedule any tours/tastings around the dates we were in town. One of the best parts, is that you will be the ONLY bride during your wedding weekend. We were able to do rehearsal the night before and the day of had the entire bridal suite and groom suite to ourselves and could enter any time we wanted. We also brought all the décor the night before, so it made it so much easier the day of. I would recommend Isla del Sol to anyone who ever wants to get married in the St Pete area. They made my wedding better than I could have even dreamed.

The reception area has the best view in all of San Diego County. (FACT) There's a built in bar area where guest can get drinks/hors d'oeuvres from inside or outside. We held our daughter’s wedding at Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) on Saturday, March 30, 2024. It was such a lovely and unique venue and perfect for the upscale-but-tropical-and-relaxed vibe we wanted to have. Our daughter’s degree is in Marine Biology and she and her new husband are both ocean lovers, so the fit was a natural for their wedding. Working with Event Manager Tonya Pelligrini and her team was a pleasure right from the first exchange of communications, and that continued straight through the Big Day itself. We held the wedding ceremony, cocktail party, and dinner reception all at LMC. The LMC facilities allowed us and our guests to have a variety of experiences all within the same location. The wedding ceremony was held on the covered Café Deck, the cocktail party was on the higher partially-covered Oceanview Deck, and the dinner and dancing took place inside the Ocean Discovery Ballroom. The spaces start as basically “blank slates”, so you have to do the planning and secure all needed rentals, but you have a lot of flexibility in doing so. There’s no question that the sea turtle ambassadors and other ocean life at LMC were huge hits with our guests. Tonya staffed our cocktail hour with LMC docents so we could have the exhibits open for our guests to stroll through. It’s also a venue that is kid-friendly, which was important to us since we had more than a dozen children in attendance. There is space for them to run, ramps and multiple levels to explore, and, of course, the chance to be up close to sea turtles of all sizes and get their questions answered by the docents. We had fantastic weather for the rehearsal on Friday as well as for the whole day on Saturday, and LMC’s spaces were all covered and shady enough while still letting the sunshine in. The views of the grounds and the ocean beyond were beautiful. There were so many different settings for photos too. LMC requires you to use only vendors from their approved list, and we found that the vendors we hired were all very competent, knew the LMC spaces, were reliable, and delivered high-quality results. Set-up and tear-down both went smoothly. We would highly recommend Loggerhead Marinelife Center as a wedding venue!

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included.
