With three venues to choose from, you can have an intimate micro wedding in our historic Landis Valley House Hotel, celebrate with a close group of family and friends in the Firehouse, or party the night away with everyone in your life under thousands of white lights in our spectacular Yellow Barn. With beautiful outdoor spaces at each venue you can choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony. You even have the option of arriving at your ceremony in a horse drawn carriage! We are here for you to plan the wedding you want every step of the way.

Newly restored, award winning and historic stone barn from the early 1800's. The property boasts three climate controlled spaces allowing you to have the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception in different spaces. You get to choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony location with the option to move to the indoor ceremony space the morning of your wedding. Packages are designed to be all-inclusive and stress free with catering & venue combined. Day of coordinator, bartenders, and service staff along with all china, glassware, flatware & 59 colors of linens are included in our catering rates. All Setup & Tear down of your decor is handled by staff so you are able to relax and enjoy your day.

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. The name Imperial pays homage to our rich history! The Imperial Hotel stood on the same location as the Holiday Inn from 1870 to 1925 and is the oldest continuous hotel location in the United States. Due to close proximity to the train station, many influential people have stayed at the Imperial including Presidents Abraham Lincoln, William Taft, and Theodore Roosevelt. Located in the heart of Amish Country in historic Lancaster County, the mansion was built around 1845 by Captain William Fassitt as a place to host lavish parties and entertain guests.
