Brandon and his team were very professional and so easy to work with. On our first call with Brandon to get a quote, we were impressed that he had a personalized presentation for us. From there it was smooth sailing and we couldn't have had chosen a better DJ. The music was exactly what we wanted and kept all of our guests on the dance floor. We loved the photobooth and all of the extra props. Our wedding wouldn't have been as enjoyable without Brandon and his team. We highly recommend him!

We are a talented network of Mobile DJs, MCs, Coordinators and Officiants. We are managed by DJ Wes Wunder and Jacqui V who individually have 20 years of professional experience to elevate your celebration and create memorable moments. Our main single goal in mind: ROCK YOUR PARTY If you're ready to make your big day the best day ever, book your consultation now.

Wes and Jacqui both did an outstanding job at our wedding - they truly went above and beyond. We love music and were a little nervous about booking a DJ that we thought could truly capture our individual vibes but also our vibes as a couple. Not only did Wes do an incredible job in the DJ booth but Jacqui was a standout MC. We had a receiving line into our dinner and there was a projection with our names for all the receiving line photos, which was a lovely suprise! We had an incredibly fun and lively dance floor at our wedding thanks to a great DJ. We've had so many friends comment on how fun our dance floor was and it was in large part due to Wes and Jacqui. They were so easy to work with and we cannot recommend Wunderland Events enough for your wedding!

DJ Herbert Holler

5.0

Bronx, NY
  • DJ
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Long Beach, CA for additional fees

Herbert Holler is one of the most recognized, in-demand DJs in New York City and beyond. He specializes in providing the perfect music for your wedding, be it the frenzied dance floor of your reception, the conversation-friendly ambiance of your cocktail hour, or the serene, magical moments of your ceremony. He uses his 25-plus years of event-production experience, extensive knowledge of popular music, 20-plus years of full-time, professional, late-night club and private-event deejaying history, and an uncanny knack for reading party guests to keep you and all of your loved ones happy and having a blast. Holler at Herbert today!

Awarded Best of Zola
Hiring Herbert Holler was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our vision was a longer reception to leave plenty of room for dancing, being together, having fun and really wanted it to be a great time for everyone there, for all ages. HH had everyone dancing at the same time- kids, teenagers, or friends, our parents' friends, and my 89 year old grandmother. He was spot on in reading the room- which wasn't the most straight forward - I asked him to sprinkle some Arabic music in so my Lebanese family could come together over familiar music- all I did was provide him a couple of titles and he ran with the rest. Didn't overdo it, and everybody joined in. It was a dream. HH was professional the whole way through and didn't require tons of collab, and was flexible and quickly responsive. My advice: Hire HH.

Stephanie - Harpist

5.0

Wildomar, CA
  • Solo performer
  • Starts at $600
  • Serves Long Beach, CA for additional fees

Stephanie began her musical journey when she started learning the piano at age 5. Three years later, she started taking harp lessons after her dad suggested she learn the instrument. In high school, her teacher encouraged her to think of becoming a professional harpist. Stephanie received her Bachelor and Master degrees in Harp Performance at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB. Now as a professional harpist, she spends her time teaching harp and piano at her private studio, and playing for weddings, funerals, and other private events, and in orchestras and bands throughout SoCal.

Awarded Best of Zola
We met Stephanie when she reached out to us for professional photos, which shows that she cares about her business. We then had the privilege of working with her at a wedding and she absolutely impressed us. Nothing elevates a wedding ceremony quite like live music, especially harp. She is timely, professional, and clearly experienced in her craft. She worked with us and the DJ to ensure her music was audible not only to the live guests but also in the video we were filming for the couple. She is now our top recommendation to any of our own couples who are looking for a live classical artist.

The Barnstorm

5.0

Maplewood, NJ
  • Band or Ensemble
  • Starts at $12,500
  • Serves Long Beach, CA for additional fees

The Barnstorm is an NYC-based party rock wedding band, best known for their electric and engaging dance party receptions. It's been said they're "not a real wedding band," but rather "an incredibly fun and engaging band that just happens to absolutely rock weddings!" Whether it's today's hits, top 40, hip hop, classic rock, Motown, and all things in between, The Barnstorm can do it all - putting their own spin on everything they do.

Awarded Best of Zola
The Barnstorm isn't a "wedding" band. They're a band. A really great band. And that makes them the best wedding band, in our opinion. We went to one of their live shows before booking them to play at our wedding and we knew immediately they were perfect. The band is 7 guys who you would want to be friends with -- which makes them blend in seamlessly at a wedding. Their range of songs is awesome. Everyone raved about their playlist, including a few of our guests who are huge music snobs. They also did an awesome job of getting everyone involved. People were dancing, singing along, even getting a second or two on the mic. It was like having a private live show at our wedding, which we loved and all of our guests loved. The vibe is much better than other wedding bands we've seen. On top of that they were incredibly easy to work with and accommodating. Brooks never made us feel bad for requesting songs, no matter how random, and they learned anything we asked them to that they had the right instruments for. Overall it was an awesome experience and we could not possibly recommend them enough. If every wedding we go to in the future has Barnstorm as the band, we'll be thrilled.

We had our wedding in Jan 2023 at the Bel Air Bay Club in the Palisades and had the best time. While we had a planner, we found Brian on IG and had him play at our reception along with our DJ. We weren't going to do it since we had never been to a wedding with a saxophonist and didn't know what to expect, but we're so glad we did. Boy was he a hit. Our guests absolutely loved him and so did we. We had him start when the reception doors opened and it was excellent. He worked the room during dinner like it was no one's business and played the entire reception along with our DJ. It really was so memorable on many different levels. People are STILL talking and posting videos about Brian today. That being said, we loved was that he was so thoughtful and professional throughout the whole wedding process. We booked him about 9ish months in advance and made us feel like his only clients the entire time. He did a great job creating the party but also didn't take away from anyone else being the center of attention. He also never worked with our DJ (This is Good Mood) before, but you would've never noticed. They were in lock-step the whole time months before the wedding even happened. We absolutely loved him and would hire him 100x more if we could. Please hire him. He's fantastic.

Dave did a phenomenal job with our wedding music! He played our pre-wedding music as guests were arriving, as well as music throughout our ceremony. Dave’s voice and musical skill are second-to-none, and all of our guests raved about him. He truly went above and beyond, honoring all of our musical requests and helping us come up with song ideas to set the tone we wanted. Dave is an absolute professional and has superb attention to detail. Both his cover songs and his originals are incredible. He also let us utilize his sound system to avoid the additional cost of a DJ. He exceeded all expectations! We couldn’t recommend him more highly. Notorious V.I.C.

5.0

Palm Springs, CA
  • DJ
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Long Beach, CA for additional fees

Music has always been an important part of my life. With over 12 years of experience in the wedding industry, I fell in love with music at a young age, and being a wedding DJ has allowed me to share my passion with my clients on the most important day of their lives. DJing started out as a hobby; I wanted to do more than just listen to music, so I learned creative ways to blend my favorite songs together from different artists and genres to form an experience.

Awarded Best of Zola
Vic did a fantastic job! Vic was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire planning process of the wedding. He provided us with a detailed shared sheet to fill out which not only helped us communicate easily with him but also helped us figure out what needed to be done on the music end. During the wedding, everyone was dancing and the music was perfect. All of the songs we had requested beforehand were played, he played songs suggested by guests, and it was a great time. We definitely would recommend Vic to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!

Kelton was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He stuck with us even when we had to postpone our wedding for two years due to the pandemic, so we really appreciated his commitment to working with us. Kelton has a great system for figuring out your taste, priorities, and run of show. He set up very quickly at our venue, which was key given we were running on a tight schedule, and he managed to produce nice sound in a very cavernous space (no idea how!). He kept us running on time and made all transitions seamless. His music perfectly matched the vibe we wanted, starting with a relaxed cocktail hour and dinner, and gradually increasing the tempo into a full-scale dance party as the night went on. And our friends and family had an absolute blast! He had everyone from 20 somethings to family in their 60s and 70s dancing until the very end! We got so many positive messages the next day, including one person who described our DJ as being "on fleek."

The "Original" Moonlighters ®

3.7

Washington, DC
  • Band or Ensemble
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Long Beach, CA for additional fees

Since 1990, The Moonlighters ® have been performing throughout the U.S. as one of the country’s best-loved and most authentic Motown and variety dance bands, covering all your Jazz/Blues/Oldies/Motown/Soul/Disco/Funk/Classic Rock/Pop favorites! Just close your eyes and you’ll swear the original artists are performing. But don’t close them for too long or you won’t be able to enjoy their outstanding dance moves and showmanship.

We're quite saddened by their google review, posted even before we had a chance to actually speak with them to clear up several serious inaccuracies. Our band has HUNDREDS of positive online reviews/satisfied wedding clients. And we'll always accept valid criticism. But this one is mostly false and unfair. As Zola does not provide the option for responding to negative reviews, the following are our comments: 1. Since the bride and groom hadn't hired a wedding planner everything was extremely disorganized as we received their timeline just one week prior to the event, but then they changed it twice more, including two days before. Despite asking for our bandleader's phone #, the groom never reached out to discuss any of these details. In other words, we were given minimal direction in regard to all of the last-minute changes. Even on the wedding day itself, our band was asked to set and reset their equipment multiple times because the bride and groom disagreed with the onsite coordinator's floor plan, moving/resetting the bride and groom table as well! 2. According to what the photographer told us, the bride and groom's limo driver was over 90 min. late, shifting the entire timeline and putting them in a bad mood from the very beginning, as noticed by our bandleader at around 5:15pm when he first introduced himself, prior to the band providing either live or recorded music. 3. Regarding the recorded music, it was only lacking for approx. 45 min. as the band discovered the phone battery issue at approx. 7:45pm, during their first break, quickly rectifying the situation by putting the phone on a charger and then continuing with the recorded music outside from approx. 8-10pm. Furthermore, they made up for it by keeping their system running for an extra 30 min., beyond our contracted time of 11pm. And those comments regarding the afterparty are also totally untrue as somebody from the band was manning the system, until a cousin of the bride or groom demanded that he use her playlist instead, and then she responded angrily when he finally turned off the system at 11:30pm. 4. As for the band's sound system, we do acknowledge some 'hum' issues as there was just one electrical outlet provided for the entire band, resulting in 'dirty power' which couldn't be fully corrected. And we deeply regret mispronouncing the various names as most were very unfamiliar and of Indian origin, despite our lining up the wedding party in advance and writing everything down phonetically. 5. Even though some of the client's emails mentioned solo keys during cocktails, we provided a duo, covering an extra 30 min. of recorded music from 4:30-5pm at no extra charge, as requested. While it's standard practice for a band to take a dinner break during an almost six hr. event, this was clearly-specified in our contract as well. And then we performed continuously from 8:30-10pm, including most of the requested songs that we had prepared well in advance. So their comments about seemingly just 'walking off a bus' are completely false and misleading. In other words, our musicians went 'above and beyond' in spite of some very challenging circumstances. 6. Fortunately, we did receive a 'happy reaction' with a crowded dance floor and TONS of compliments from the guests, some requesting pictures w/the band too, while even the bride and groom were singing along and dancing non-stop, which we were VERY happy to see, making their negative review even more surprising though!
