My name is Evie and I am a wedding planner. I love to hike and be outside and be with family (including the furry ones, can never forget them!). I started getting interested in wedding planning when I was planning my own wedding from scratch. I started considering what it would be like having a wedding planner to help point me in the right direction because it was very difficult to plan the wedding without a concise order of events and timeline, so it was very difficult to get started and be consistent with planning. Because of my struggles, I became curious and was inspired to start my own journey to become a wedding planner.

Welcome! I'm so happy you're here! As an experienced professional in the wedding industry, I've seen my share of weddings that were self-planned and stress-ridden. My goal is to relieve that stress in any way that I can. During my years, I realized that I love helping people curate their visions in more ways than one. I am blending my passion for service with my love for love, celebrations, photography, videography, & graphic design to bring you a curated wedding—without the stress of planning everything yourself AND the price tag of a traditional panner. I started my business in early 2022 doing event planning and luxury balloon decor, we expanded our services in late 2022 to offer wedding coordination packages. I’ve been assisting with weddings and events for friends and family for years prior to starting my own business in events out of the pure love for it. I always get a little teary eyed watching my couples walk into their receptions as newlyweds.

Callie has known that she has wanted to plan events since she was in high school. She has always had a knack for planning and executing events. Callie is a CWEP (Certified Wedding and Event Planner) and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She has over eight years of experience in the field not only with owning CGWE, but also working for various DFW vendors and venues and has had the honor of interning for celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera, twice on his bridal show circuit.
