Creating grazing boards for family gatherings and holidays is something I have always enjoyed. I love the way it brings everyone together, creating a great conversation piece, as they gather around the table. Little did I know where that would lead me. It was in the summer of 2018 that I discovered my love of charcuterie, in the incredible open markets of Croatia. I was amazed by the hanging cured meats, the handmade cheeses, the wild truffles: all of it local, treated with care, and served at the right time, with the right accompaniments, with the right company (and preferably with the right wine!).
