There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for Bakers Ranch and their phenomenal team. Wedding planning is a very stressful season and so much of the craziness is eliminated by the way that Bakers Ranch organizes/handles things. She was such a pleasure to work with, and I felt like I could go to her with anything. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible leading up to our wedding, and the day of. We got married at Venue at the Grove on February 25, 2023 and we had an extraordinary experience from start to finish! I knew this was our venue when I first stepped foot in the open house and teared up, but it truly couldn't have been more perfect. We had the best day ever and so did our guests! The planning process was as close to stress-free as possible when you're getting married. With the all inclusive package, we knew that the vendors we were picking from were vetted and reliable. When it was time to select a vendor, the team reached out with our options. For the DJ and Photographer, we had several choices and just had to select the one that best fit our vision for our special day. There was only one vendor option for floral and for cake but we were incredibly satisfied with both options. After we selected each vendor, the team would reach out to them and start the process for us. The vendor would reach out directly for us to move forward with them. We had 2 official planning meetings with the Venue, along with a tasting and many, many emails back and forth. They were there for every question we had, big or small, and never made us feel annoying for asking. They were organized and thought of every little detail to make sure the day ran smoothly. We worked with the whole team until our final planning meeting, where we met with our Day of Coordinator, Rachel. Rachel was absolutely fantastic. My whole family could not stop raving about her (and honestly they still haven't!) We dropped off our decor at the rehearsal and she took care of everything else. When I walked through the venue on the day of our wedding, everything was laid out exactly how I imagined it (or better). I can't explain how great it was to just enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about any of that getting done. Our family and our wedding party got to enjoy the day right by our side and didn't have to help set anything up. The day ran smoothly and Rachel was there for anything we needed. At one point Rachel and my sister (Maid of Honor) were completely under my dress, making the bustle perfect, and I think that tells you everything you need to know about her willingness to go above and beyond for your special day! At the end of the wedding, the team had everything packed up and ready to go home with our designated person. Again, our family and friends did not have to leave the ceremony to help with any of this and got to enjoy it until the very end. We are so thankful for Rachel and the whole team at Venue at the Grove for making our wedding experience the best it possibly could be, from start to finish!

This venue, and Jenna in particular, is the best choice I made for our wedding. Jenna was so responsive, and easy to communicate with. The overall process was so smooth from beginning to end. We had a Halloween Wedding and it was fun and absolutely perfect. She listened to everything I asked for and executed it with ease. I received so many compliments from our guests on the venue and the decorations and many said it was the best wedding they had ever attended in their lives. That is saying something. The decorations were spectacular, and I didn't have to worry about anything the entire night. She cleaned up, packaged everything for us and we didn't have to do anything at the end. Our leftover food, cake and decorations and gifts were all placed away so we could just relax after. We also had our ceremony on site, which was breathtaking. She also handled every aspect of that as well and it went off without a hitch. I can't recommend this venue enough, you would be making the best choice by choosing it. Stroudsmoor was a great choice for our wedding venue! The site is beautiful (we chose Woodsgate) with great food, decor, floral, etc. but the real difference maker was the personalized attention we received. Our coordinator Danica was there for everything we needed through the planning process and made everything super easy. Highly recommended!

I have a been a member at the Donauschwaben club my entire life. When it came time for my wedding, I knew I wanted to celebrate my special day here. The hall is large, beautiful and has gorgeous lighting (uplighting on sides and draped beautifully from ceiling). The food is DELICIOUS. The patio was perfect for a nice August evening, with its string lights and view of the pond. The band we hired were excited to play on the large stage at the venue. In addition, the service was exceptional. Becky, Mike and all of the staff really worked hard to make sure our day was just how we wanted it. Our guests are still complimenting and talking about the venue and food!

At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. If you're like me that didn't know what to do and how to start planning your wedding especially if you just have 3 months to do everything PLEASE don't waste your time anymore, The Boylston Rooms have everything you need and more with an AMAZING price. I got there knowing nothing and they guide me through everything step and assume that everything would be okay and they kept their words, my wedding run smoothly and so fast and my fiance and I didn't have to worry about anything. Myles was my wedding planner and the person who stood with me till the end, and Erin was so amazing since the first meeting to know the place and make sure to not go above our bucket.

When trying to decide on a wedding and reception venue, we had made 4-5 appointments one Saturday back in 2022. Our first visit was to The Art Factory. David walked us through this beautiful, historic venue and spotlighted the large inside spaces (lots of options) for the ceremony and then the cocktails and another for the reception, the bridal suite, the groom's suite, the outdoor space, complete with fire pits and corn hole, and lots of movie props and decorations. We were sold from the very first moment that we stepped into the venue and even more sold on David and his wonderful personality and grasp of our vision for the wedding and reception. We did NOT make any of the other venue visits, we were completely sold on The Art Factory. Throughout the entire year of planning and preparations, David treated us like family and was very attentive to our every request and need. He and his wife Donata made planning the event effortless and fun. On the weeks and days leading up to the wedding and reception, Donata and her planning team would check in to make sure we had everything we needed and to make suggestions if we were needing help with anything at all. The day of the wedding and reception could not have been more perfect. The entire staff made sure we had anything and everything while we were all getting dressed, even had football on for the guys getting ready in the grooms suite. Needless to say it was a magical day, everything that we could have imagined and more!!! The decor, the food, the bar, the service, the lighting.... everything was spot on. I highly recommend The Art Factory. We have made very special new friends and they really "loved" us like family!!

I have worked at the Noble House professionally as an event planner. It’s absolutely stunning inside and outside. The charm of the entire inn makes you feel like you’re in a modern historic dream. I have also stayed here as a guest and let me tell you it feels like home away from home. My daughter says it’s one of her favorite staycations. We decided to check out Berry Acres because it was so close to our house, about a 5 minute drive. They were so kind and answered all of our questions. Not to mention the venue was absolutely gorgeous! We booked that day and haven't regretted it for a minute. They took care of us in every way possible on our wedding day. I fully anticipated problems throughout the day and not one thing went wrong! I am so thankful for our venue and everything they did to make our wedding the best day of our lives! Flagstaff House was the perfect vendor. Annie and her team put on a flawless event. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and our outside coordinator. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, unique, and our guests loved it. The food was incredibly and guests loved being able to select their entree from 3 options the day of (also much easier for us to not have to collect meal selection ahead of time). The venue was incredibly flexible with changes that came up in planning, and quickly responded to all questions during planning. For couples looking for a unique and elegant venue, I cannot recommend Flagstaff House enough for a small/intimate wedding. Choosing Flagstaff House as our wedding vendor for our ceremony/reception space made it easy for planning. They handle all ceremony chair rentals, and set up. All food and beverage is provided in house and included passed appetizers, a 3 course lunch (salad and bread, choice of entree, and delicious wedding cake), and a coffee/water station. We also opted for an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktail options for our guest. All beverages were beautifully prepared and the service was top notch!

Sepia was perfect for a smaller wedding in Chicago: modern, chic, cozy, and the Michelin star food was exceptional and a hit, as expected. Our guests have been talking about how it was the best dinner experience they’ve ever had at any wedding. While the space does cater to smaller weddings, it nonetheless had space for us to have a DJ and a four piece jazz ensemble. It never felt crowded, but also always looked like the dance floor was packed. It was easy to work with Sepia staff, who were professional and responsive, and they were happy to accommodate even the most high-maintenance of requests, like only selecting French wines for our open bar and drawing up a floor plan for my florist and DJ. Beautiful space for a beautiful city wedding experience, 10/10 recommend!

It was so nice to have specific vendors included in our package, and saved us so much stress and time not having to search and hunt for every single vendor. Our big day went seamlessly with Susanna and Hallie by our side. They were so present and always checking in/available. They cared for us in such a personal way and even checked in consistently on our parents. Susanna literally sewed my dress in the middle of the dance floor when my bustle ripped and Hallie did the same later for me. They were a dream team! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and our bridal party all commented on how great and smooth the whole day was. We LOVED our experience with Walters and highly recommend their team.

I honestly don't even know where to begin to describe just how incredible our wedding reception was at Diamond Mills. When we first met with Brianne to learn about weddings at Diamond Mills, we knew we were going to be in good hands and that we were going to have the most incredible and special day. Brianne and Bethany took care of us from beginning to end. There easy to fill out homework packets helped us make sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. They planned the entire timeline for us, were there to meet months ahead, were there the days before when we had to drop off our stuff and were of course there the day of. They were so flexible with everything, they arranged our decorations for us and made everything look better than we ever could have imagined. It was also incredible because even though many others have been married their before they allowed us to put our own touches on things and made us feel so special that it felt as though our wedding was so unique. The staff all around was incredible from not just the event coordinators but also the waiters, bussers, bartenders and chefs. The food was absolutely incredible from the appetizers to the cheese spread to the outstanding entrees and of course the delicious cake. Our guests are still raving about the food, drinks, the staff and of course how beautiful the location was. The amazing balcony overlooking the waterfalls is just the most perfect place for cocktail hour and pictures. The ballroom was so incredibly beautiful. I also have to mention how great it was for our bridal party to have the bridal suite. We also did an after party at the Tavern which was awesome because we had our guests just walk right next door and keep the party going. Then not to mention the hotel being situated right there which allowed our guests the comfort of walking right upstairs when they were done. We absolutely loved every second of it from working with Brianne and Bethany almost a year ahead of time, to the dinner tasting which was incredible, to the planning, and then the whole day of. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. If you want to have your wedding at a location that your guests will love, that you can turn into your own unique day, that will put your mind at ease and give you the most incredible day, you have to choose Diamond Mills!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this wedding venue is. From start to finish, they made the whole process easy. They have packages where you can have a huge portion of your wedding included, so you do not have to look for many outside vendors like a baker, photographer, and caterer. Brandi and Meaghan are AMAZING!! We had some minors issues with some of our guests, and they took care of all of it and did not want us to stress on our big day. So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.

We are thrilled with the quality of service and the level of expertise at The Riverview. We didn’t have a wedding planner so Kayla (our day of wedding coordinator) seriously went above and beyond to make everything run so smoothly. It’s wonderful that they include a day of coordinator in the package. If something went wrong I had no clue, she handled everything and I was able to have fun. They were also very accommodating to all requests I had for the ceremony, the meal options and cocktail hour. I was so so happy with how everything turned out. Our guests were raving about the food, the ambiance, and the professional waitstaff (and bartenders) all night long! There are a few popular venues to get married in CT but I would urge you to at least take a look at the Riverview, the view sells itself. I also want to shout out their pastry chef because the cake was insane. It was delicious and exactly like the picture I showed Kayla!

Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to begin. I had my wedding last Friday with my now-husband Luke and it had literally with no issues. The Grands team was wonderful to work with! Mel was SO patient with my many many questions over the year before our wedding. We had our reception there and it was wonderful. Everything went seamless. Larry did a wonderful job curating all of the entertainment while DJ Blakk absolutely killed it with his amazing energy, keeping us on time (along with the Grands staff), as well as keeping the party going while we ran around trying to talk to everyone who came to our wedding! My partner and I recently enjoyed the greatest day of our lives at Harrington Farm. Our wedding day in late Sept was everything we could have asked for and more. From our expert wedding coordinator to the amazing staff, my partner and I are so grateful to have enjoyed a wedding day that was a perfect blend of our personalities, and a venue that combines the refined beauty of a traditional-style wedding with the fairytale magic of a forest mountain hall. No matter who you are, planning a wedding is going to be stressful with many logistical details to cover, and our amazing wedding coordinator, Lauryn Mattson, was 100% on top of every detail and deadline from day 1 of planning. She created a wonderful balance of helping us curate the look, feel, and flow of our wedding day with all the details we wanted to hand-select, while also taking care of all the little things that my partner and I were less invested in, so that she and I could truly enjoy the season and the day without being overwhelmed by choices. Lauryn was kind, organized, helpful, and patient with us through the whole process, and she first and foremost helped make this day what it was --- many, many thanks to her. The staff at Harrington Farm were attentive, kind, and made us feel relaxed and taken care of throughout the reception. Kathleen and Cindy took care of all the little things, and made sure that we as the bride and groom had plenty of food and drink throughout the evening. The food was delicious, the bartenders made some of the best drinks I've ever had (which is not what I usually encounter at weddings), the servers were kind and professional, with many other details that blew us away --- the well-tended outdoor fireplace, the delicious coffee bar, and just the all-around beauty of the entire space. Our vendors and the venue clicked together perfectly. The week leading up to our wedding, we were so stressed about the weather (like many couples I'm sure) as we wanted to have the ceremony outside. And on the day of, we had a tropical storm downpour on us. And the day was still perfect! Harrington Farm was very flexible and set up a beautiful ceremony in their indoor space, and it felt magical to tie the knot in front of the stone fireplace filled with candles while the storm was raging outside. And despite that, the cocktail hour in the covered tent outside was cozy and warm! We couldn't have had a more romantic or magical wedding day. The Barn at Sunrise Farms was the perfect place for my wedding! We hung a chandelier in the gazebo (They’ve now added that for you!) and had our ceremony out there, and then had our reception in the barn. Everything was beautiful! I’ve had more than one person tell me it was the prettiest wedding they’ve ever attended! Plus, my girls and I were all able to get dressed and ready in the upstairs part of the barn and spend time hanging out there before the ceremony. It was all truly a dream, and I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Not only is this an affordable, beautiful venue teeming with whimsy outside and elegance inside, but the owners are wonderful people who love what they do and care about their clients. They went above and beyond for us. Our wedding day was particularly windy. The owner's husband must have come three separate times to clear the leaves from our outdoor ceremony area. Julie, the owner, is also extremely easy to work with. The venue offers two adorable rental houses decorated in a retro-chic style right on the venue property, perfect for bridal party or out of town guests. The venue also comes with a variety of decor collected by Julie and donated by previous couples that is free for brides to use. There are even materials for table centerpieces! With everything that comes with the venue and how beautifully the inside is already decorated, you could put together a gorgeous wedding without even hiring a decorator. To put it simply, this venue is the best in the Northwest TN area.

Danielle and her team at the Liberty House are AMAZING!!!! We had the most incredible day and experience with the team. I would highly recommend booking your venue there. They made me feel like the entire day was covered and my husband, our families and I felt so well taken care of all day and the days leading up to the wedding. They made me feel so confident that everything would go correctly and it did. Not only did they help with the flow and coordination of the overall day, the venue view and food is incredible. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the outdoor ceremony, the view of NYC and how great the food both at the cocktail hour and reception were. The newly renovated floor really makes the grand ballroom look stunning as well. From decor to the ballrooms everything was so beautiful. Our guests loved it but not more than my husband and me.

My husband and I decided on getting married at cooper fox over a year before our wedding. We were thrilled one we found this place! It was everything we were looking for. Though the whole process wasn’t without frustration as the event coordinator we booked with was fired two months before our wedding. We weren’t told until I reached out to that coordinator after not hearing from her and she told me she was fired and thought the venue would have told us by then. The things we had been told by her were not consistent with what we were being told by our new coordinators so it was very confusing. Things I had already discussed I had to discuss again and it added a lot of stress just two months before. But I have to say that the wedding itself was absolutely PERFECT! Everything that was frustrating before was fixed in time and it all came together beautifully. I really appreciated Mandy’s helpfulness and creativity with decor and making things look the way we wanted. And the wait staff/bartenders were the best part! They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were so kind and it was fun to see them dance to our music!! The food was delicious, our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Overall I would definitely book with them. The price/package you just can’t beat and the photos are beautiful outside in the courtyard. I think a lot of our frustrations came from a badly timed inconvenience and they had to try to pick up everything our original coordinator was doing. But genuinely a great place for a small wedding.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our winter wedding at Crystal Plaza and the incredible team of warm and dedicated staff. While wedding planning can certainly bring on the stress, our wedding planning process with Max and his team was not only enjoyable, but FUN! His professional expertise, honesty, and attention to detail was invaluable and beyond appreciated. This is not your average wedding culinary experience. It's obvious Crystal Plaza cares deeply about cuisine and we were blown away by every bite and sip. Our guests have not stopped raving about the culinary experience and the unique presentations of food and drink. The Penthouse and Vault (where the bride/groom/bridal party/groomsmen get ready) is out of this world. There is no other venue with this level of accommodation for both the bride and groom. It was so much fun treating the bridal party to a morning of pampering and having the groomsmen be just as excited about getting ready in the morning was incredible. They won't stop talking about the golf simulator and cigar lounge. I cannot recommend Crystal Plaza enough. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!

Swan Lake helped to make my wedding a dream! From start to finish they were accommodating and constantly checking in to make sure everything was going how we wanted. Sophia made all the prep work a breeze making time to always answer questions and met whenever we could. The wedding day went perfectly! They were able to switch on the spot based on our guests needs. They even sent out someone for a certain alcohol that was requested right as cocktail hour was starting! We got countless compliments about the bartenders, the waitstaff, chef, and Sophia, All our guests said at least one if not more staff members checked in with them personally to make sure everything was too their liking. The food was incredible and we got so many compliments on it especially with the seconds they come around with! 10 out of 10 experience. Barn lights may be the best wedding venue on the face of the earth. It had the charm of a bed and breakfast and the food of a hip downtown bistro. When my now husband and I were scouting venues at the height of covid we had difficulties finding a wedding venue that fit our needs, style, vision, and budget. This venue checked so many boxes for us, not only is it a beautiful, bright barn venue but they also have small cottages for bride and groom to get ready in. They have an onsite kitchen which created amazing hand-crafted appetizers, entrees, and deserts. They also have an in-house bar stocked with great drinks. The event coordinator was marvelous, and many times kept the train on the rails. What was so great about Barn Lights is the fact that it’s not just a venue; they handled catering, bartending, service staff, coordinator, tables and chairs, decor, and much more. Our wedding was PERFECT and we attribute much of that to the impeccable work of Barn lights owners and staff. Thank you!!

Welcome. The Portofino Inn, as it was originally named, was opened in 1962 by racecar enthusiast Mary Davis. The inn drew thousands of visitors for a three-day welcome celebration for the King Harbor opening and soon became a hangout for racers including Peter Revson, an F1 Grand Prix Winner. The Cannonball Run, a car race from New York to Los Angeles turned feature film, was first run in 1971 with The Portofino Inn as the final destination.

Where do I begin?!! The Portofino Hotel & Marina was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! From day one all the way to today, a few days after the wedding, all the staff we encountered has been excellent!! Specifically I want to give a shout out to Sierra, Rain, Luis, Paco, & Mac. Sierra was my main hotel wedding coordinator and contact. She was so responsive, attentive, organized, sweet, available, and amazing!! I couldn’t be happier with her and her services. The entire experience was seamless. We planned an entire wedding in under 2 months together as I was eager to marry my man this year. She was so helpful and explained any and all things when I had questions. Starting with booking the venue all the way to the day after the wedding. Everything was so organized, including the deadlines of decisions I needed to make, and payment info, and what to do if it rained. She had everything covered. THANK YOU THANK YOU SIERRA!! Rain was also another venue coordinator & catering sales manager who helped us too and he was amazing as well. He stepped in when/if Sierra was out of the office and he attended our tasting and answered so many questions as well. He was so nice, sweet and great to work with. Very organized and never missed a beat! Thank you Rain!! Luis, the director of Banquets, handled anything food and drink related and everything was perfect. He even placed two of each hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table (knowing we probably wouldn’t get a chance to eat them during cocktail hour as we were busy mingling) and he was right!! It was such a sweet, simple gesture that made a big impression on us. Paco was one of the Bartenders from the day of (I never got a chance to meet our other bartender) and he was so fun and cheerful and positive and an overall great spirit. Guests kept telling me how much they loved Paco and me too! Mac worked on the hotel side and we met him when we checked in and he handled ALL our luggage and he also golf carted me around on the actual wedding day so I didn’t have to walk too much. He was super sweet and was so helpful and had a great vibe! Also, my initial point of contact was Melanie who responded to my initial venue request. She was so great and helpful and responsive that right away we were sold and we booked the venue the next day without ever even seeing it in person. On top of all the AMAZING staff, the venue is just absolutely beautiful!! You can’t find a prettier ocean front venue in the So Cal. Just gorgeous. We chose a type of all-inclusive wedding package that included a sit down 3-course dinner, open bar, ceremony, hotel room, wedding cake, and many more perks such as white linen, candles on each table, arch on the ceremony grass, champagne toast, etc. It was perfect, efficient, organized and made my life so easy. I really didn’t have to do much except invite guests and show up!! many of my guests told me afterward they were so impressed with the staff, venue and the food!!! Seriously, the food was excellent. I know all of this sounds too good to be true but honestly it was. I had zero problems, no horror stories, nothing. It truly was a PERFECT day and overall experience. I also found out afterward that a coworker of mine got married here too this past summer and she said the same thing. Her day was perfect as well and I am not surprised at all. Thank you to everyone at the Portofino! We cant wait to come back just to enjoy the restaurant, the views and the excellent service :)

Hands down the best choice we could have made! Ty & Craig were both so wonderful and helpful through the whole process. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. My wedding day was perfect because of them! They host several open houses throughout the year which helped me pick all my other vendors. DJ G-Bass could not have been any better. The floral was beautiful, the cake was delicious and people are still talking about the food. We got married and held our reception here in November. Ashley was wonderful to work with and was able to quickly get back to us with any questions we had. Her and her husband were very accommodating to our food allergies and even customized their menu to make it completely dairy free (as well as some gluten free options)! They offer take-home family style samples of their menu to taste test in the comfort of your own home. Ashley allowed us to come the day before to set everything up (this is based on their schedule availability), which made our wedding day even smoother. She went out of her way to assist us and check-in throughout the whole weekend. There is a bridal suite available for use on the second floor that includes a table, chairs, window to the main area, private bathroom, mirror/makeup area, clothing rack, and hangers. It was the perfect place for everyone to get their hair and makeup done, as well as a place for our bridal party to leave their things during the wedding so they could change later. Ashley was there to assist us during the ceremony to help everything run smoothly which we held on the bottom floor with 90 people. After the ceremony we walked to a park 3 blocks away for a few photos while our guests moved upstairs (stairway or elevator available) for cocktail hour. When we returned from photos, Ashley was instantly there with a plate of appetizers for the two of us to eat a little before heading upstairs to join our guests for part of cocktail hour. We later moved back downstairs for the first dances, dinner, toasts, etc. Dinner was served quickly by some lovely staff and was delicious. The package included an open bar (premium option available with a small upgrade) for both cocktail hour and the reception. We were also each able to have a custom cocktail served to our guests. The package also included the appetizers, crudité, charcuterie station, first course (salad or soup), bread/butter, 3 dinner options with 2 sides, and a champagne toast. There was also soda, coffee, and tea available. The building is large enough to accommodate everyone dancing, but also small enough to keep the evening intimate. We cannot thank Ashley and her staff enough for such a wonderful day/evening and for making our dreams come true at such reasonable prices. There were no hidden fees thrown at us and there are many additional add-on options available as well! If you are looking for a venue that can offer ceremony/reception services indoors in Lackawanna, this is the place you want to go! Also bonus points for being LGBTQIA friendly!

As Wedding Photographers we could not have asked for any better! Eva and her staff are some of the best we have ever worked with!!! Eva took us around and showed us all of the amazing options we had for photos. She even helped execute every request! The couple we had photographed for had a very very heavy wedding cake topper. It came down crashing breaking on the floor and taking off most of the top layer of the cake during toasts. Anthony ran to the rescue. He took their cake to the back. Not only did he glue their very important cake topper back together. He had resorts pastry chef fix the cake!! In our 200 plus weddings photographed. We have never seen any venue or employees go over and beyond like resorts does. To all couples BOOK THEM - you will not be disappointment with the high-end service they provide and the gorgeous venue they have!

I found the woodwinds through ZOLA, and I am so glad I got matched up! When I reached out, they set me up with a tour the same day. They were super reasonable with the hours and accommodated my weird work schedule. Their gm Randy met me after their normal operating hours which was so incredibly helpful and really set the tone for them. After we met my fiancé and I (oops husband now!) both felt good about the venue, but we had to show our parents. So, we reached out again and asked to schedule a tour for our parents the following weekend where they met with the main saleswoman Vanessa. When my parents left, they were sold. When we booked, we were so pleasantly surprised to have an entire team helping us leading up to our wedding. We worked with Michael, Randy, and Kate. Kate processed all our payments as we chipped away at our balance (they don’t require this, but it was super helpful for us.) Michael was our main planner and coordinator, and he is an absolute expert in the industry! Not only did he have answers to all our questions, but he gave us recommendations along the way and oh boy was he on point! Randy is an amazing asset to the team as well. We think he lives at work because we would email early in the morning, late at night, midday, and sometimes all the above and we would always get a response in less than 5 minutes! I cannot thank the planning crew enough! The night of our wedding we worked with Sergio, and he is such a calm person it really made us feel comfortable. We always hear “oh the day is so hectic” or “time flies” and with Sergio we never felt rushed or pressured. We always felt like everything was under control. Also, our bridal attendant was on point with the mirror. Before pictures, cake, ceremony, entrances, dances she came running out with a little mirror for me to check my hair and makeup. She must have 20000 steps a day just running around with the mirror. That doesn’t even consider bringing me signature drinks and snacks! On a side note, the bartenders are in a class of their own. We had 173 guests and I NEVER saw a line, and everyone complimented how great the drinks were and how friendly and fun the bar staff were. We absolutely love woodwinds, and we haven’t stopped hearing “YOU GUYS HAD THE BEST WEDDING EVER!” from our family and guests. We could not be happier!!!

Overall, we had a good experience, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I had the choice! We had three meetings with them before the big day, and I had email and text access to my planners for questions that came up between meetings. I appreciated them helping me plan everything; it was helpful as I did not have a wedding coordinator and planned our wedding along with the Walters Planners. They had good advice and knowledge on some issues where I was unsure of the decisions I had to make. I would say that the only issue I had (which was minor) is that I started with one planner, and then all of a sudden, we had a different planner (Melanie - who I absolutely LOVED working with!!). They had about 4 coordinators there the day of the wedding. All of that would have been fine, but the lady that ended the night with us was a little confused as to what was going on with the send-off and my cake topper, etc.; BUT all in all, the night turned out great, and we are so happy with how things went. Kymerlyn was our day of coordinator and she was on top of it!! She did a great job and is very sweet.

Working with Madison as my wedding planner at the Monroe Pearson was an absolute dream come true! She was always available to answer any questions, to meet at the venue when I needed to, and went above and beyond to make our special day totally unforgettable. From the first time I met her to the day of the wedding, every detail was covered and made the entire wedding planning experience incredible. Madison’s detail-oriented and confident approach to wedding planning was exactly what I was looking for. She took every detail I gave her and assured me it was or would be taken care of. Her attention to detail and ability to help turn our vision into a reality was truly impressive, all while calming any nerves or stress I had. The day of the wedding was seamless thanks to Madison’s hard work and dedication. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was taken care of. Walking into the space and seeing how everything came together left me speechless. But, Madison also went above and beyond the role of a traditional wedding planner. She quickly became a friend that I knew I could count on. She even helped get my bouquet pin ready with the pictures of my grandparents because I ran out of time and was heartbroken it wouldn’t be done - she immediately took it off my hands and got it done because she knew how important it was to me. She also jumped in and helped with our kiddos throughout the night who had grown to know and love her throughout the months of planning and meetings, giving them extra snuggles before we made our exit, and just made sure that everyone had the best time possible. Neither of these things are part of her job, and are just a couple of examples of a very long list of things she did to make our experience personal and perfect. Roddey Ranch went above and beyond to make our day magical; from the very beginning to the end, they were very kind and helpful. Mrs. Catrina always kept in contact with me, and she was always there in case I had any questions. When we met up a few weeks before the wedding we finally got to meet her, her husband (Minister Reese) and her wonderful staff of dedicated family members. We got to see a little sneak peek of how the decorations would look and got to try some of the delicious wedding cake. My husband and I, both were blown away by just how much love they put into everything. After that meeting, we couldn't wait for our wedding day! When that day came it felt like a dream. When we arrived at Roddey Ranch, I could already see the scene come to life. After I had gotten ready, Ms. Lekisha took me outside for some beautiful photos of me in my dress. I felt so beautiful. They all helped me back inside and it was only a little bit longer I had to wait. As my father and I made our way outside together, all I could feel was joy. The ceremony was amazing, Minister Reese guided us through the whole way. From the vows, to exchanging of the rings; everything went beautifully. Once the ceremony was done, Ms. Lekisha took photos of us and our families; no one was left out. Soon after, my husband and I had our first dance, my father and I had ours and my brothers and father made toasts. The food was amazing! From the mini sliders to the deserts, everything was made with love, and you could taste it. The tables were beautifully decorated, and everything was perfect. All in all, I recommend Roddey Ranch to anyone who asks me where we got married, and I always will. How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
