The Marr family bought Marsgate in 2010 and since then it has been the site of many unforgettable get-togethers with loved ones. The Marrs' dream was to create an event venue that offered a luxurious and convenient venue complemented by amiable hospitality. Inside the mansion, couples and their guests will encounter classic architectural details accented by numerous amenities and stylish furniture. With 12 fireplaces, 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, lofty ceilings, and more, the mansion's sense of grandeur can be felt from the moment of arrival. Marsgate is located on a property spanning more than 70 acres with 20,000 square feet of space for weddings.

New Water Farms sits on a peninsula of 22 acres with a panoramic view of Lake Martin and is a gorgeous location for a wedding. We offer a beautiful indoor and/or outdoor venue.
