I found my way behind the camera after years of art directing in the fashion industry in NYC. I always loved photography as it captures a moment in time, frozen forever. Taking my knowledge & experience from my fashion days, mixing it with my love for romance, love & art I made the leap to weddings. I photograph film in which I believe that is has a romantic dreamy elegance that only film can capture. I’m based in Honolulu,Hawaii, and I love to travel. Exploring the world to learn about new cultures, meet new people, get lost in a museum and drive the countrysides taking in the sublime sceneries around brings me joy.

To me, capturing the moments of your wedding day is not only about making photos. It is about seeing your love in every single detail. The way you look, smile, touch and hold each other’s hands are those tiny things that help me portray the story of your big love without any words being said.

I am a wedding and portrait photographer in South Carolina (with a lot of work in Pennsylvania, where our family is from). I was born in Savannah, Georgia, so my heart has always belonged to the south! I am married with two children, and my family is the light of my life. My children are why I chose to dive into the professional photography world, but weddings are why I stay. I love to read, edit my photos, play with my kids, crochet blankets, make people laugh, listen to Morbid podcast, and take naps.

I began capturing images at the age of 16 when I discovered my passion for art. While studying at SCAD I discovered my love for weddings in 2016. I started my business in 2020 and have photographed over 75 weddings. Whenever I photograph weddings, I strive to create beautiful and emotional images that tell your story.

I want to capture all your in-between moments, those are my favorite, the way you guys sneak looks and steal kisses. I don’t want to be just another person who shows up and waves a black box in your face. I want your photos to represent your effortless connection, the closeness with your person, and all the other things that make you guys YOU! Hi! We're Julie and Rad. We met in Vietnam in 2016, and have lived in eight countries together since then. During our time abroad we've had plenty of adventures, seen incredible wildlife, eaten a lot of wonderful food, and honed our photography skills. We also got married in 2020! Planning a wedding during a pandemic involved an unusual set of challenges. Although our guest count was a little smaller than we originally anticipated-- the day could not have been more perfect. This was made possible only because we hired and trusted the right people. We try to instill the same trust so you can enjoy your day!

From her high school darkroom days, to full time wedding and family photography, Kelsie leaned into her passion of capturing couples’ stories as they unfold. As a student of the Art Institute of Boston and Maine Photographic Workshops, art has always been an outlet for Kelsie. In addition, her Culinary Arts and Hospitality degree and extensive experience in catering and event management, gives her an advantageous eye for the details. Enjoying colors, fabrics, and florals, she is able to capture both the celebratory love shared at a wedding as well as the design and beauty surrounding the couple and their guests.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I moved to South Carolina in 2014, and it was the best move I have ever made. The slower paced lifestyle is definitely my jam. I have a Pitbull named Sandy who loves to play and of course eat plenty of treats. I am a huge animal lover and volunteer often at a local animal shelter taking photos to help the pups get adopted. In my free time I am baking or doing anything DIY. I love to explore new places, but I especially love the beach!
