Chef Gussin went on to work in the kitchens of James Beard Award & Michelin Star chefs. Chef Gussin’s resume includes heading up some of LA's hottest restaurants as their Executive Chef including: STK, Fig & Olive, Akasha and Cleo -- not to mention our dedicated sushi chef studied under chef Katsuya. Welcome. Chef Jason started out in the kitchen at 15 years old as a dishwasher at Red Lobster washing dishes and baking. From there, he worked many cook’s lines until I earned my first chef position under Emeril Lagasse over ten years ago. He's went on to operating casino kitchens, private dining clubs. Since relocating from Atlanta, GA Jason has gained experience in kitchen consulting and new restaurant openings. After 25 years in the industry, He is now starting a new journey into the Private Chef sector. He refers to his style of cooking as Southern Creole cooking, where it’s much more than cooking…it’s about the overall experience.

My name is Drake Tillman. In late 2021 I accepted an offer from some close friends to move from Springfield, Missouri to the Temecula area to start this exciting new venture. Over the past 16 years I've worked in restaurants from fast-casual to fine-dining as well as my own pop-up projects. I've also been fortunate enough to spend some time in Italy spread out over the past few years. A lot of my inspiration comes from Italian traditions, but my cooking draws on different cuisines and life experiences to create exciting seasonal dishes. I look forward to cooking for you.
