Barn 1888 offers a stunning rustic, yet elegant venue to exchange wedding vows, or host your event. An extraordinary setting at a great value for your money. We offer 20 picturesque acres for your ceremony and reception on a historic farm. The barn, originally built in 1888 still maintains the exposed wood beams, weathered plank walls, and a soaring vaulted ceiling displaying the gambrel roof. The house, known today as Reid Hall, was completed in 1908 and the family moved in on May 5, led by J. Ogden Armour, until approximately September of 1927. Many of the house’s mantle pieces, there are 15, and the paneling of the library reading room (or former living room), were imported from Paris, Vienna and London, including the marble dining room while the main walls are of Italian marble, the central panels of each wall have been painted over the plaster to simulate actual marble. It is also reputed that the marble staircase was built with the primary purpose in mind that their daughter, Lolita Ogden Armour, would descend the curving stairway on her wedding day, which she did in 1921, to John J. Mitchell, Jr. Eventually the property was sold to Lake Forest Academy where classes began in 1948. Today, Academy grounds total approximately 170 acres.

The Westin Chicago Northwest is THE wedding venue in Chicagoland. This 14-story hotel features a modern, atrium-style design and is nestled amidst picturesque grounds that include a fountain lake and scenic willow trees. The Willowhaven Nature Park is a restored 1900's barn that transforms into a spectacular location to host graduation parties, small weddings, bridal or baby showers, family gatherings, or business retreat. Large room with tables and chairs is available at limited times and the facility can accommodate up to 95 guests*. Alcohol is permitted with proper permit and additional fees. Willowhaven park also has outdoor rentals available at our amphitheater, gardens and picnic pavilion.

Welcome to 223 Main! Located in the Heart of Downtown Lemont’s historical district, just three doors down from the Metra Station, 223 Main boasts a storied origin. Initially built in the 1900s as a double storefront, it transformed throughout the century into a department store, political office, coffee shop, and now an event space. 223 Main is owned and operated by a local Lemont couple, Hector and Lauren Tamayo. Hector grew up in Lemont and always loved the downtown area. At the beginning of 2020, the coffee shop leasing the space decided to close down. While brainstorming what the building could be next, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. Lauren and Hector decided to cancel their destination wedding and remodel 223 Main. After having their intimate wedding at the building, they decided to officially launch 223 Main and open the space up to the community to enjoy.
