Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by. Boasting both intimate indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, The Old Brick House is the ideal setting for unique private celebrations, exceptional outdoor weddings, reunions, parties or just about any event. We would love to be that “special place for your day.” It is situated on 3 acres of land where you can hear the sound of tree frogs at night and the creek running across the road. This property is well shaded with lots of outdoor space perfect for a quiet get a way for couples or families.

Burdoc Farms has been owned and operated by the Shepherd family since 1942. With over 650 acres of open fields there are 2 different venues on the property for weddings. In 2012, the Shepherds hosted a wedding on the family farm. All the guests talked about was how beautiful the farm was and how they should be doing weddings full time. The Shepherd family converted the tobacco-cattle barn into a reception barn with all the amenities; bathrooms, kitchen, and electricity. The Shepherd family painstakingly rehabbed and recycled all of the materials in both barns to enhance and preserve the authenticity of the buildings. After converting the Tobacco Barn, they booked 24 weddings and then the next year they booked 38 weddings. In 2016, they decided to expand the business and build a year-round building, Keith Glen, in another location of the farm. Burdoc Farms hosts 60 to 80 weddings a year with couples coming from all over the country and a few from overseas!

Avonley Homestead is the perfect atmosphere to make your wedding or next event a dream come true. Tucked inside historic Shelbyville, KY just outside of Louisville, this venue is complete with secluded 9 acres of rolling hills landscape and elegantly rustic barn. We host small to medium sized weddings of 120 people or less, but can accommodate more in our vast lawn. The bride and ladies get a 2 story tiny house to prepare for the day while the fellas have a room attached to the barn.
