You choose 4 cake flavors, fillings, frostings, and toppings. We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own caketini creation. We allow your guest to choose the cake they love! Not what’s chosen for them.

Hello, Macaron Lovers! I'm Arianne, owner of The Mac Lab! I'm a full time Environmental Specialist for the National Guard by day, and a part time Macaron Baker by night. Last year, I found a passion for baking Macarons, something I would have never imagined doing. I knew that I enjoyed the occasional Macaron wherever I could find it. But never in a million years would I have thought of baking them, and people actually liking them 😂 But alas, here we are! And I'm enjoying every moment of it (even the sobbing-by-my oven-because my-macarons-aren't-coming-out-perfectly moments)

My talent comes from what comes naturally. I've always been artistic and loved to "create" anything from beginning to end. I can remember imitating Julia Child as a kid and recording my own cooking show in my mom's kitchen . Nothing I made was really edible at the time but it was my version of fun and still is.
