Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please understand we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch is a rustic outdoor wedding venue located in Hartsel, Colorado. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this property promises stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. Illuminations is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and wildflowers. The venue runs off solar and wind power, making it the perfect venue for environmentally conscious couples. A dedicated cocktail area is available, complete with bistro lighting. Couples have use of Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch for 14 hours on the day of their wedding. This plan also offers benches for up to 120 guests during the ceremony, as well as a quaint log arch. Various round tables are supplied for receptions and cocktail hours. Couples and their loved ones will stay comfortable whatever the weather with the ranch's tube heaters. A dance floor and log bar are provided for memorable celebrations. In addition, a TIPS-certified bartender can attend to you and your guests and facilitate any toasts.

Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. At The Franciscan, we also have a wonderful and delicious onsite catering service, That Personal Touch Catering, that will handle all of your food and beverage needs.

They wanted a unique home with Colorado history so they modeled the building after Bent's Fort off the Santé Fe Trail. Originally it was supposed to be a summer home but decided to add the restaurant before construction was completed. The Fort has been owned and operated by the Arnold Family for 60 years. We are known for our buffalo and game meats as well as our historical mountain ambiance. The Fort features seven different private areas for your reception, depending on your group size.
