Flowers by Heather

5.0

Lincoln, CA
  • Starts at $1,000

After serving the Bay Area for years, I've moved to Lincoln and looking forward to serving our new community. A little about me: Always lived in the country raising cattle and horses. Grew up learning from mother about all things florals. Worked in vet med for years while also doing wedding flowers with my mother. Now that my husband and I have moved to Lincoln I decided to start my floral business full time.

Heather popped into my life by a small miracle and I could not have been more blessed. From the first time we met she made it feel like everything was going to be taken care of and that we would be friends. That is exactly what happened. The blooms, arrangements, bouquet, and her personality just made my wedding a day I dreamt of. I am so thankful to have worked with her and 10/10 will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. Not just for wedding either! All your florist needs.

Elissa Dunn Floral Studio

5.0

El Dorado Hills, CA

Welcome friends! My name is Elissa, and I own Elissa Dunn Floral Studio. I provide floral designs for weddings and events in Northern CA. I currently reside in El Dorado Hills with my husband and our two dogs, Cash & Cooper. When I am not flowering, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I’ve always had a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, however upon graduating school I had no idea what I wanted to pursue. A close friend helped me to secure an office admin job at an amazing floral design company in the Bay Area.

    Awarded Best of Zola
I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Elissa for an event and personally for a table arrangement. She is kind, passionate, and just a joy to be around. She comes prepared for anything and is more than willing to take on any creative challenge. Elissa had great communication when creating my table arrangement. She asked insightful questions to make sure she got my vision and preferences. She did such a fabulous job, and I was blown away when I saw the arrangement in person!! There’s a level of detail that goes into everything she makes and it definitely shows. The quality of Elissa’s work is exceptional, and it’s evident that she pours her hear and soul into every floral piece. She is my trusted go-to florist and I wholeheartedly recommender her!!

    Fowlers Flowers

    5.0

    South Lake Tahoe, CA
    • Starts at $55 per arrangement

I learned the ins and outs of floral arranging as a young thing, through watching my talented mother in action. Something I wouldn’t use till much later in life, I honor her life through my craft. I feel the guidance as I work through this career and it has all fallen into place so naturally. Being able to give the gift of flowers for a wedding, and set off the decor for such a special event brings me embrace joy. Connecting with people who are about to embark on their journey together is such a special special seat to sit in! I look forward to each new adventure this petaled path takes me down.

Selina with Fowler's Flowers is such a talented florist with a sweet demeanor to match! She will listen to your vision and bring it to life. Selina was great to work with and from a vendor standpoint, was easy to communicate with, professional, and understands the vision given to her. I'll definitely work with Fowler's Flowers again!

      Something Borrowed Blooms

      4.8

      Lafayette, LA
      • Starts at $250
      • Serves Roseville, CA

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

This company is amazing and helped to reduce my worries leading up to the wedding. I ordered a sample pack before choosing to use the Eloise collection—which I absolutely love! Their florals really do look real and the scent that they use is very natural and not overwhelming. I was a little apprehensive about when the florals would arrive before the wedding or if they would get lost in the mail. However, I didn't need to worry at all and everything went so smoothly. The return was super easy too! I recommend this company to all my friends who are getting married soon.

      The Faux Bouquets

      5.0

      Redlands, CA
      • Starts at $175
      • Serves Roseville, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

      Awarded Best of Zola
We used Faux Bouquets for our wedding, and the ease of ordering and quality of flowers that we got was great! Everyone complimented the flowers and were surprised that they were fake, and the spring floral suite we got matched our spring wedding perfectly. We got the 'I do' keepsake and the custom cherry blossoms they added to the main bouquet was more than I had hoped for!

I'm a fine art wedding photographer and I've worked with Autumn both as a photographer and as a bride for my own wedding. As a photographer: Her attention to detail and design aesthetic is amazing. The way she arranges the textures and colors in her floral installations are always so thoughtfully placed and it photographs beautifully. It's the little details like the dip in the left side of the arch where the bride is standing that frames the couple perfectly due to their height difference. Particularly Autumn's ability to use bold colors in elegant designs is inspiring as a photographer. I love photographing her designs. As a bride: When it was time to plan my own wedding, even before I started, I knew Autumn would be doing my florals. Weddings are live events, with a lot of moving parts, selecting a team you can trust is so important. It allows you to truly enjoy the day. Due to Covid, I had to change my plans drastically in a short amount of time. I knew I could trust Autumn's talent because I had worked with her as a photographer before, what I didn't know was the level of care she provides her couples. During a stressful time, she made me feel at ease, even though as a wedding professional I knew how stressful a short turn around time could be for her. She cared about my experience as a bride. She listened to my design ideas and elevated them, taught me tips and tricks and created beautiful pieces. Her gold floral bracelets were a hit! ( a modern take on corsages) The floral designs were elegant and so tastefully crafted. Quite frankly, I wanted to have one :) Autumn thank you for your hard work and talent, I can't wait to photograph more of your stunning floral artwork.
