Welcome. I opened Cakewalk Desserts in 2010, as a side project after working in interior Design for several years. It turned out to be my passion! I love being in an industry that celebrates love, creativity and DESSERTS. I’ve worked with such brands as: FitBit, Ted Baker, Disney, American Idol, The View, and have been featured in Real Simple, Town & Country, and San Diego Living. I even have a cookbook published with Page Street Publishing. I’ve shipped my pies all over this country, but am now focusing solely on providing my services throughout Southern California.

You will never find any added preservatives or components that you cannot pronounce embedded into our finished confections.

LUXURY WEDDING CAKES are created using the highest quality of ingredients with a gluten free or/and sugar free option. Our cakes are decorated with beautiful sugar flowers in a color of choice. Smallest size that can be ordered is 3 tiers. AVAILABLE IN FAUX/FAKE CAKES FOR RENT!

Welcome. Scoops and Sweets is a dessert catering party specializing in ice cream, paleta, and churro carts. We are a husband and wife duo that love to add sweetness to special events of all types. My wife and I combined my passion for event planning, with his love for everything sweet, to bring you the yummy goodness that is Scoops and Sweets. We offer custom paletas, ice cream sandwiches, and sundae bars with toppings and drizzles. ​ Paleta and ice cream carts add a special touch of dulce to any event! All ingredients used are non-GMO, vegan, and certified gluten-free, and each creation is made with loads of love. We exclusively provide both gluten-free *only* desserts and vegan, gluten-free desserts. Everything on our menu is designed to be as accommodating as possible to gluten allergies!

If you are dreaming of a perfect wedding cake but need a cost-efficient alternative, Mary’s Cake Design is offering faux (fake)cakes for rent! Our faux cakes are Styrofoam covered with real fondant and sugar flowers on the outside. No one can tell the difference.
