They are just LIFESAVERS! For some reason, don’t ask me why, we decided to look for Photographers about 1 month before our wedding day. And by true luck, they were still available. They were recommended by my mother. She was at my cousin’s wedding, and she was amazed at how well the photographer operated on the wedding day. I contacted them, and the whole process of booking wasn’t difficult at all. They had answers to all of my questions and concerns I had at that moment, everything was really easy and smooth. They showed me that it would be beneficial for us to consider booking a videographer as well. Luckily we had a budget and, oh my god, it would be horrible if I didn’t get video as well. On the actual day, their level of customer service was nothing but excellent! Since it’s our first wedding :), we had no clue how the shooting process worked, I was a little bit concerned about that, but the way they operated and instructed us was so smooth and seamless, it was as good as it could be done! The result was amazing! Both photos and videos were shot and edited very professionally. In the photos, we looked like we are models from the cover of a magazine. The video wasn’t some ordinary romantic wedding video, it was a movie, with great storytelling and a fantastic choice of music! My husband and I recommend them!

Randall de Leon Photography

5.0

Los Angeles, CA
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,000

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

Randall did an amazing job with our elopement photos. He was very professional and asked me if there were any styles I preferred before meeting. His work exceeded my expectations. He is great at directing couples and families and is able to create and capture such beautiful moments. On top of this, my husband and I were new to photoshoots and Randall took his time to ensure we were comfortable. I have and will definitely be using Randall for future photoshoots!

Adam Griffin Photo

5.0

West Hollywood, CA
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $5,000

I’m Adam—a Boston native who’s now roaming around California photographing everything I see. When I’m not behind the camera you can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sipping a dirty martini with friends, jamming to Taylor Swift in the car, or taking my rescue pup Ollie to the park or on long neighborhood walks. I got my first film camera when I was 8, and it was love at first sight. Capturing your story is more than just a job for me. From destination elopements to parties of the century, I've seen it all and love every minute of a wedding day.

Awarded Best of Zola
Adam Griffin was the first photographer that I was referred to by a friend. After reviewing his site and socials, I knew we had to reach out. A quick call to discuss details and get to know one another and I knew I found the right person to capture our wedding day. After a few more calls going over day-of deets and walkthroughs of the venue, the big day finally came. In lieu of an engagement shoot, we had asked Adam to photograph our rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding and it was then that I began to see Adam's craft come to life, but also his deep consideration and care for the subjects in each of his photos. The next twenty-four hours were a whirlwind of love, matrimony, and just a hint of chaos. I mean this with every cell in my body, we could not have had the day we did without Adam Griffin and his team. We hired him as a photographer and what we got was so much more. When a tipsy bridesmaid had one too many before the ceremony, Adam saw the daggers coming from out of our eyeballs and reassured my future spouse and I that committing a felony before swapping our vows was best saved for another time. When extended family felt the need to suddenly become a creative director and attempt to direct his skills, Adam reassured them that he was capturing all the necessary moments and more. Whether it be his kindness, his needed assertiveness, or just his calming energy when your new mother-in-law is searching for a microphone to broadcast her voice to 200 people, you want Adam there to shoot each individual moment. My new husband and I recently got our photos from our big day back and there were instant tears. So many delicate and sweet stills of an evening that went by way too fast. Adam Griffin and his team are remarkable photographers and so much more. I implore you to at least reach out and give him a call. You and your impending spouse will not regret it.

A+M Badillo Images

5.0

Pasadena, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,000

We’re Andrew and Marijo (pronounced mary•joe), a husband and wife team! Our style is bright, vibrant, nostalgic with a mix of candids and cinematic images. We love getting to know our couples before their big day! It helps us create more personal work that reflects your love. We hope you know that your love is special, and that we can see that it is. And that’s always how we’ll tell your story.

Awarded Best of Zola
We worked with Marijo for our wedding this past May and she was wonderful! Our pre-wedding meeting went well, she asked a lot of questions about us as a couple and about what we wanted from our wedding photos, which we really liked because it gave us an idea about what our wedding day photography would be like, but also it showed that she is detail oriented. On the day of, she made my family as well as us really comfortable. Posing for photos can be very awkward, but she kept the mood light and made us laugh a lot which made for some really great, natural pictures. We took our couple photos at Pasadena City Hall on what must have been prom day for several high schools because the place was packed, but she managed to get us some really great, intimate shots away from other people taking photos. We really love how our pictures came out and are so excited to order some prints for ourselves and family. We highly recommend AM Badillo, and loved working with Marijo! She is sweet, friendly and very good at what she does.

Carmelisse and her team were incredible. Carmelisse did both our engagement photos and the wedding. My husband and I don’t always feel the most confident in front of the camera and Carmelisse made us feel so comfortable. She was able capture our personalities and our aesthetic perfectly. She was involved in the planning process, had great communication, helped with recommendations when needed, and tips for good pictures.I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with such a special day.

Soda Fountain Photo

Los Angeles, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,500

I’m Mysi (pronounced, boringly, “Missy”)! I’ve been at this thing for 12 years and I keep falling more and more in love with it all. Give me intimate micro-weddings, quirky dive bar weddings, raucous South Asian weddings... my team and I absolutely thrive in chaos and emotion. My specialty is catching the moments and those tiny moments in between. ✨✨✨

Awarded Best of Zola
I have had the pleasure of working with Mysi on several projects, most recently my engagement and wedding photos. I cannot make any grand statement that would cover how much I loved working with Mysi. Her talent is unquestionably amazing, but the thing I loved most about her was her ability to emotionally connect. Her personality is calming, open, and loving and that is so important for a photographer capturing some of the biggest moments in our lives! Highly recommend, 10/10, would book again and again and again.

Stephen Tang Photo

5.0

Pasadena, CA
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $4,100

While some photographers emphasize their gear or trendy post-processing, I take pride in subject-photographer interaction - the relation I build with clients, picking up on nuances in pose and expression while we shoot, anticipating the viewers' response - because ultimately, that's how photographs that matter to us are created. I'm a native New Yorker who found myself relocating to Los Angeles and making it my home. Wherever you'd like to have your wedding, it would be my pleasure to be your photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
Stephen's style is making candids look very good. I have an issue where I don't "smeyes" (smile with my eyes) and my smile goes flat very easily. He is easy going and gently guides you in the photos so you don't feel forced or uncomfortable. And really, he is able to seamlessly capture you in the moment. I am happy I will be able to cherish those genuine moments he was able to capture for me and my husband. In addition, the standard posed photos were awesome as well. He was organized and straightforward, which I value in a time sensitive event like a wedding. All-in-all A+ for this guy.
