The creative process is a dance of colors, textures, and flavors that allows me to tell stories through sugar and flour. Baking has been my passion since I was a little girl! I recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, but I wanted to pursue my passion and dream! My name is Brooke and I started Brookies Cookies and Cakes in 2016. I have created many special occasion cakes, dessert cups, macarons And custom sugar cookies. I’m located north of Detroit and I travel all over the state for deliveries!

My name is Donnell Johnson, owner/operator of DONUTNV Metro Detroit. DonutNV is a new franchise started on the east coast in 2019 that my wife and I brought to the Metro Detroit area in 2023. DonutNV brings the party to you with our interactive mobile donut trailer! We make hot, fresh mini donuts while our guests watch, paired with our fresh squeezed lemonade available in 7 refreshing fruit flavors and other hot/cold sessional beverages (see below). We also offer fundraising options for club and organizations. Both kids and adults get a kick out of the interactive trailer. We would love to participate in any events that will have us.

I loved them! 1st birthday turned into 2nd then 3rd birthday then cookies for family and friends. After 6 years, from the help of so many family and friends I decided to start BeistCookies. I love seeing customers faces when they see their vision come to life.

Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer, Zingerman’s Delicatessen.
