In some cases, we began smoking your meat yesterday to ensure you get the perfect quality barbecue. We smoke our meats in small batches, all-day, every-day. In some cases, we sell out when items are in high demand, but sit back, savor a bourbon or two, and try something new. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy our variety!

Brim Cafe and Catering is the first of its kind, featuring authentic ethnic Mediterranean gastronomy influenced by the Owner and Chef's Middle Eastern roots. As a local Milwaukee, tight-knit, family-ran business by a husband and wife, we work closely with our couples from beginning to end to create a fun and stress-free wedding planning process. Hi! We are Pete and Jess, Husband and Wife team, Dad and Mom, Chef and Gardner, Drummer and Photographer, and owners of Heirloom MKE. Heirloom, first came about when I, (Jess speaking), thought about my parents and their love for gardening. Every year, my parents planted their own heirloom seeds, from the previous year, for their garden. They had all sorts of varieties of tomatoes, peppers, and so on. They also planted extra seeds to share plants with family, friends, and neighbors. There is so much meaning and love behind it all that it was a perfect fit, Heirloom Mke became our name.

It was a year many future pizza eaters who would define the cultural landscape of Farwell Ave, skateboarding down the hill toward the looming Milwaukee skyline, were not even born yet. On the city’s Northwest Side, a small pizza delivery storefront opened at 9006 W. Silver Spring Dr by two young Detroit transplants. Mark Gold and Louis Sicinski go way back to 1976. Hyper, pudgy Mark and dark-haired Lou experienced a best-friends-forever “love at first sight” sentiment over a movie and tuna sandwiches packed by Mark’s bubby in middle school.

Since 1995, China Moon has bartended for dive bars, house parties, underground events, celebrity bashes, and fine dining establishments in NYC and the Midwest. She’s an old soul with a heart for gardening, reading, music, dancing, animals, and, when it’s safe again, putting her passport back in the rotation. She holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant business management, was the Private Dining & Event Manager at The Edgewater Hotel from 2016-to 2018, and is a member of the Beta Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. China Moon is an eager reader (and dotes on Stephen King and Dean Koontz novels.) She loves aged Brugal Rum on the rocks with lime.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
