I developed a love for taking pictures, mainly portraits, in my early teens. In high school I took my first photography class. I continue to specialize in portraits but I do enjoy dabbling in landscape images when time allows. I attended Northwest Community College in Powell, WY and graduated with an AAS in Photographic Communications. I am fortunate enough to live in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota where my husband and I raised three boys. We are now empty nesters and enjoying our latest stage of life.

I love capturing adventurous people in the Black Hills. Home is western South Dakota on a fourth generation ranch, between the Badlands and the Black Hills. I graduated from Lake Area Tech in 2015 with a degree in Photography and Business. When I’m not roaming the Hills with clients in the summer, you can find me at The Stables at Palmer Gulch, where I photograph and sell photos to tourists riding the trails horseback.

I’m a natural light photographer based out of Rapid City, South Dakota. I specialize in wedding & family photographer that truly tries to capture the raw, candid, and intimate moments. I gravitate towards the moments that make your soul ache with complete happiness. My life changed once I birthed my first born baby boy. I picked up a camera & was drawn to photographing every day moments that I didn't want my mind, or my heart to ever forget. It wasn’t long before I got other families behind my lens & strive to capture the same emotional connection that drew me to this artistic craft in the first place.

I am a uber bubbly, warm hearted, person who loves to order 3 drinks at Dutch Bros and say its for other people but really its just for me. When I am not spending my lifes savings at Dutch Bros, I am professionally following peeps in love and photographing their stories. I am a lover of true crime and murder podcasts! (But I mean who isnt! I just cant help it!) FUN FACT: I speak switzerdütsch, aka a German slang. My mom is originally from Switzerland and my dad from Jamaica, so you know I am always hungry for adventures (and new places to binge eat at).
