City View at Sterling Square is an ultra-unique event venue in Evansville, Indiana that blends 19th Century Industrial with 21st Century Chic. Originally built in 1910 as the Fulton Avenue Mercantile Company, City View at Sterling Square is now a gorgeous event venue with details to-die-for.

Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. Woolery Mill offers one the most inclusive and unique wedding experiences in southern Indiana all while maintaining the highest standards. The newly renovated architectural genius boasts soaring ceilings, massive exposed beams and an incredible amount of natural light.
