Three classmates turned friends and colleagues, TrioNYC is a group of New York City based jazz musicians that have been working together for over a decade. It's no accident; we all share a passion for the only true American art form, and after spending thousands of hours honing our craft we want to share it with you. Castillo, a Havana-bred virtuoso who honed his craft under the tutelage of guitar legend Pat Martino, seamlessly melds the raw emotion of Cuban music and the intimate stories of the Buena Vista Social Club with the polished nuances of Latin Jazz, Bossa Nova, and Jazz Standards. His collaboration with Mayda Cuellar, an enchanting chanteuse from Havana's National School of Arts, adds layers of Son Cubano, salsa, and Latin pop to their repertoire.

Mama Juke is a gumbo of New Orleans influenced blues, blue-eyed soul, funk, and folk. Actor/singer Elijah Bridges brings elements of bluegrass and rag with his soulful harmonica, acoustic guitar, and voice. Amos Rose is a world traveling multi-instrumentalist who also sings and plays lead Telecaster guitar, and was recently featured by Jazz at Lincoln Center. Brendan O’Grady is an in-demand session musician and fixture on the greater New York scene since his roots growing up in Yonkers. Drummer Jon Wert is a sought-after musician, collaborating with a wide variety of artists in the jazz, rock, pop production shows and songwriter worlds.

Peter & the Master Keys is not only a great jazz band with vocals, it's also an energetic dance band specializing in the best soul, blues, and rock n' roll from the 50s and 60s plus a few more contemporary numbers to round out the set. Think Sinatra and Nat King Cole early in the night and then Ray Charles, Chuck Berry, Elvis and more later on. The idea is to play fun and energetic music that is timeless and can inspire guests of all ages to dance. We also perform as a trio and quartet for smaller occasions or cocktail parties. Packages include ceremony music, MC, jazz cocktail hour, and dance music.
