Welcome to our page! I'm Maurice, and I'm the founder and lead DJ here at TCC Productions (formerly "Covenant Child Productions"). Since 2010, we've been rocking events across DC / Maryland / Virginia and beyond. We’ve been fortunate to DJ at company parties, live concerts, private house parties, and more. I’m an experienced DJ and have been spinning at events for over 25 yrs. In addition, I’ve participated as talent, as well as tech and presentation, in music related events all around the Washington DC/Northern Virginia/Maryland region for three decades. I am a christian, that much should be obvious. I am a product of the hip hop culture, but I’ve always loved music even before I gave my life to CHRIST. When I first entered into relationship with GOD thru CHRIST there weren’t a lot godly examples in hip hop music. This has changed over the last 10 – 15 years. This shift has drawn me back to my culture and has awaken my interest in DJing. I have been spinning for 7+ years, and I never stop learning. I love playing in front of people, and there is nothing like that energy.

After college, Cecily looked to these rich, soulful sounds from her childhood, and channeled them into her own music. Known for her sweet soprano, honest lyrics and pure vocals, Cecily brings her own vulnerability to each song, telling her story, and hopes that, at the end, the audience feels vulnerable enough to tell their own stories.

The Wave is the ultimate variety dance and party band and, as their name suggests, with a contemporary edge! Brandon, the main male lead singer, competed on NBC’s The Voice and got three of the four judges to turn their chairs around, which were Adam Levine, Miley Cyrus, and Jennifer Hudson! Bridget, the female lead singer, performed several times with John Legend on ABC’s Duets. She also toured internationally and sang in the film, The Sin Seer.

Amaris Trio is a wedding classical music ensemble operating out of Reston, Virginia. Consisting of Shearom on violin, Ryan on cello, and Stephanie on piano, this award-winning trio brings over a decade of performance experience to every occasion. Professional and faith-driven, they are available to provide beautiful music for celebrations across Northern Virginia, DC, and the surrounding areas.

Formed in 1996 by harmonica player & songwriter Scott Spearly, guitarist Tim Mitchell and claw-hammer banjo champion Paul Mackrell, the combo initially performed as a steadfast trio throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia for nearly ten years. As their name and reputation as a hard-driving old-time hillbilly-jazz band has grown, The Knuckledusters now perform mostly as a group of five, taking to the interstates and stretching performances from Washington D.C. to New York.

The Satin Doll Trio is an elegant ensemble that performs in the intimate "supper club" jazz style made popular by artists such as Julie London, Sarah Vaughan, and Peggy Lee during the early 1950's. They have appeared on the stages of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Corcoran Gallery’s Armand Hammer Auditorium, and have made television appearances on the BET Jazz channel programs "Jazz Central" and "Impressions". The group makes regular appearances at prestigious venues throughout the Washington D.C. area and Eastern United States.

Élan Noelle is an exceptional singer with a crowd pleasing repertoire consisting of Jazz standards, RnB, Soul and Pop hits from today and yesteryear. Her vocals are accompanied by guitar or piano and together this acoustic duo presents an enticing musical performance. Élan has been performing in the DMV region and throughout the East Coast for over a decade with some of the most talented musicians renowned in the area.

Benjamin played at the Hampton University Graduation where President Obama was the guest speaker. He has played at several venues in the Hampton, Virginia area to include the Hampton Coliseum. Benjamin returned to the Washington, DC area to continue his musical career. Currently, Benjamin plays the cello at various venues around the Washington metropolitan area to include Chinatown, Georgetown, Eastern Market, and Dupont Circle. He is a cellist with the Sanctified Symphony Orchestra; and the Cellist in the musical, the Cortical Titanic.

Tiffany Rose is blessed to come from a gifted musical family. Her mother, Gail Shanta, is an accomplished harpist and has been playing in the DC area for over 30 years. Tiffany grew up playing for special occasions with Gail, and they add that special charm to an event, as a mother/daughter duo. In addition, Tiffany’s sister, Katie Shanta, is an accomplished violinist with a music degree from George Mason University. Tiffany and Katie have performed together for many weddings, as well as with their mother as a trio. The Shanta Family at its best!

Cristian began taking piano lessons at the age of 5, but did not find his true passion until he picked up the guitar in his mid-teens after being inspired by rock groups from Argentina. Self-taught on guitar, he gravitated towards classical guitar after moving to the U.S. in 2002. Encouraged to pursue music by his high school teacher Ken Hall, Cristian met Paraguayan guitarist extraordinaire Berta Rojas, under whom he studied privately for two years.

The Capital Effect are the members of Lloyd Dobler Effect and have been full time touring musicians for over two decades, having performed in over forty states and thirteen countries. These rock n’ rollers have opened for The Goo Goo Dolls, Maroon 5, Kansas, and played sold out shows for packed audiences. They now perform over 75 weddings and private events every year as a full band, duo/trio and jazz events.

Cristian Perez’s quintet (which consists of guitar, bass, drums, flute and bandoneon) is a hybrid group melding elements of a chamber ensemble, a jazz combo, and a world music band. It features some of Cristian’s original compositions and arrangements as well as various cover songs. Exploring sounds from around the world with the subtlety of classical music and the freedom of Jazz, this group’s relentless quest for beauty takes the listener on a journey with no boundaries.

Jump Street performs regularly for major corporate events, weddings, fundraisers and prestigious affairs throughout the US and Internationally. The band stays true to its roots while performing a variety of musical genres, including classic Motown, contemporary R&B, Top 40, as well as the classic dance hits from every era.

Cristian has performed with many of the best musicians in the Washington DC area (i.e.: Victor Provost, Joe McCarthy, John Kocur, Emmanuel Trifilio, etc.) and played at some of the top venues in the Metropolitan area, such as Blues Alley, Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, Bohemian Caverns, Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club, and Twins Jazz. Cristian has performed in Canada and Dominican Republic, and in 2011, he performed as part of the GMU Jazz Ensemble in Shanghai and Beijing. Recently, Cristian has toured Bolivia and Korea.

Established in 1999 The Groove Spot Band & Show has provided music and entertainment for over 15 years. Our genre includes Motown, R&B, Soul, Pop, Jazz, Rock and Blues. We are a versatile group of musicians that easily adapts to ever changing audiences and occasions. Hi, my name is DJ Roscoe but I am also known as DJ Chop! I am from Southern Maryland and started DJ’ing about 5 years ago. Grant Kuhnsman, who performs as DJ ARIA, is a critically acclaimed, award-winning DJ from Washington, DC. He began creating mixtapes and curating his music collection at a young age. By his teenage years, he was introduced to the turntable and learned how to beatmatch by ear with vinyl. Since then he has sharpened his skills and proven himself as a bona fide Open Format DJ that has performed at numerous venues across DC, Maryland, and Virginia (The DMV) logging over 500 wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties in his career.

A vivacious, energetic, soulful band with roots in Funk, R&B, Soul, and Jazz. This group is guaranteed to get you out of your seat and dance! Soultet have been full time touring musicians for almost eight years, having performed all over the country. Jeff Hayes has been playing the piano in the metropolitan Washington DC area since the 1980s. He has played solo piano at the area’s finest hotels and clubs. Jeff has played for conventions, fundraisers, and every type of celebration imaginable. Jeff’s repertoire runs the gamut from classical and movie themes to current popular hits. “From Fauré to Fallout Boy” as he likes to say. In addition to his solo work, Jeff is a fine accompanist and works with classical and pop singers and musical theatre groups. He currently accompanies the Sapphires, Bethesda Little Theatre, and Mini-Musicals on the Move.

Ellington holds a Bachelors of Music Degree in Jazz Studies and a Bachelors Degree in Music Technology, both from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
