We have three total wedding venue locations to choose from. Alpine Lodge available July – October, offers an all outdoor option with a mountain backdrop. Olympic Village Event Center located mountainside with an outdoor Summer/Fall garden area for the ceremony, adjacent deck for cocktail hour and evening firepits, and indoor lodge style reception with stunning mountain views, existing market & twinkle lights, and a big fireplace. Available year-round. High Camp located on the mountaintop. This venue offers an incredible experience for you and your guests, and also has Lake Tahoe views! The ceremony and social hour will be on the outside observation deck and the reception is indoors with the same lake view and sweeping mountain scape. Available April – early December.

We started the Chestnut Grove Event and Wedding Center in pastoral Brownsville California with the goal of providing premium service. We want to help happy couples begin their lives together in a beautiful outdoor setting, rich with the history of Northern California’s gold rush. The site here was first peopled by the Maidu. Evidence of their presence can be viewed near the seasonal stream, where grinding rocks tell of food preparation. Our goal is to provide the best event we can to each client. Starting with our high-quality local vendors and professional planners, rest assured we can handle your event without a hitch!

Imagine getting married in the Planetarium on a spot-lit stage beneath a 70-foot dome of gorgeous night sky thick with stars, while your guests sit spellbound in comfortable tiered seats. The Observatory Complex offers incredible a breath of fresh air with stunning views. Your guests will delight in the sunset over surrounding Oakland Hills forests. Located in an urban area near the heart of Santa Rosa is a boutique Italian winery filled with generations of passion and love. Often called an urban "hidden gem" by our guests, our full-production winery offers a charming venue with three separate areas and an array of inclusive amenities. We specialize in wedding celebrations and cherish the magic created by couples who begin their "forever" inside our doors. We offer full catering through our neighboring sister restaurant Cibo Rustico with a menu featuring wood-fired pizzas, pasta, salads, desserts, and specialty dishes. Our max capacity is 120 guests, however, groups of about 50 guests work best in our space. An average price for an all-inclusive wedding with food, service, wine/beer, and all available extras you may want to add on is about $7000. From the careful planning to the formal sendoff, your wedding will be a unique experience, and we are committed to ensuring the celebration of your union is truly unforgettable.

Located in historic Cottonwood, California, just south of Redding is the Heart S Ranch. We are a working cattle ranch studded with giant oaks, lush green pastures and surrounded by Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. The Heart S Ranch offers a stunning garden venue with a 40 x 80 ft formal tent. Many amenities are provided, we have an extensive borrowing room, 25 tables and 250 chairs, transportation on property, scenic vistas and gorgeous sunsets. We look forward to hearing from you!
