Jenna Salvagin Photography

Warwick, NY
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Walnut Creek, CA

I believe love is love and happily photograph couples of all backgrounds, orientations, religions and gender expressions. I aim to create authentic and emotive images for my clients and edit true to color so the work will be timeless. My personality is friendly and warm, which helps make my couples feel at ease and open up in front of the camera. I donate $100 from every wedding day package to a non profit organization (either the ACLU, End the Backlog or the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation) because I believe paying it forward in honor of love is an excellent first step into marriage.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jenna was recommended to us by another photographer and it was such a pleasure to work with her! We greatly appreciated how much she wanted to know us and our personalities in advance of our wedding day. We ended every zoom call or email exchange feeling confident in our decision to work with her. The weather on our wedding day wasn’t very cooperative, but Jenna and team were on the lookout for any break in the rain so that we could go up to the roof and get a few pictures. And she totally nailed them—they are some of our favorite pictures from the day. Jenna and team made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and also captured some incredible candids. If you’re looking for a fun, positive, and easy-to-work with photographer—Jenna is the right pick!

Katelyn Tucker Photography

  • Starts at $2,700

I am an elopement and wedding photographer based in Northern California, who shoots for the fun quirky weirdos who are unabashedly themselves. I capture the perfection that you are while having a laugh and (almost assuredly) crying along while you read your vows. My name is Katelyn and I want to meet you!

Awarded Best of Zola
We are so incredibly grateful to have had Katelyn as our wedding photographer. Not only is she an extremely talented and professional photographer, she is an amazing human being that was so comforting to have throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of. She is simultaneously playful, flexible, and organic as well as organized and methodical throughout her photoshoots and has taken the best, most extensive set of photos of us as a couple to capture such an awesome moment in time. We had a wedding ceremony and reception with a ton of things going on and huge shot list that Katelyn executed flawlessly and went above and beyond to fully document our big day. Can't recommend her enough!!!

C Wagner Photography & Design LLC

Oakland, CA

  • Starts at $5,000

I’m Cherlyn (rhymes with Berlin). So nice to e-meet you! If we met in person and it wasn’t during a pandemic- I would probably hug you! I’m an introvert-extrovert and tend to ramble too much when I get nervous. In emails - I tend to use exclamation points a lot!! (and will agonize over my drafts of emails before sending them because they probably have one too many!!) My aim as your photographer is to provide a memorable experience where you two feel comfortable, taken care of, and get to fully enjoy your wedding day as much as possible with all your guests & loved ones - whether they be in real life or via livestream!

Cherlyn is a dream. A friend of ours recommended her to us for our engagement photos and I swear she has some inside scoop with the sun because the lighting was insane (in a good way). She literally managed to find every single shimmer the golden hour had to offer. My husband (never gets old) and I pulled together a somewhat last minute ceremony and reached out equally last minute to see if she was available, and thankfully she was. Our ceremony was followed by dinner and drinks at two separate locations hours apart - so we had super low expectations for capturing the whole day. Cherlyn not only came to each location, she helped with set up, and did her thing making sure every special moment was photographed. She's personable, thoughtful and will go out of her way to make you and your partner feel comfortable. For us she felt like an extension of our community and a new friend. If you're in the SF Bay Area, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

Stephanie Pardo Photography

5.0

Walnut Creek, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,500

Originally from Colombia, I now call California home! At an early I began to take an interest in capturing the world as I saw it, as I followed my passion in photography it has taken me all around the world. I knew this passion was more than a hobby, so I pursued a degree in production photography and after graduating I decided that it was time for me to start fresh here in the United States. Upon moving here I immediately became captivated by helping others capture their most wonderful memories, especially during what might be one of the most important moments in their lives- their wedding!

Stephanie is a great professional. My husband and I hired her for our wedding book pictures couple in Chicago city; we wanted a casual style and pictures representing our personality and love. Stephanie has a great sense of people, which makes it easy for us to pose and enjoy our time during the shooting. She was on time and took extra time since, during the session, we came up with more ideas. We got the pictures shortly, and she kept us in the loop for changes or editing. I have another session booked with her for our first baby.

Thomas was easily one of the most professional members of the wedding team. We ended up relying on him to navigate the sometimes confusing scheduling and his knowledge of the traditions. He kept us hitting our marks for each moment and delivered amazing photos in an easy to access way very quickly after the events (we used him for engagement and wedding photos). Looking back, Thomas was definitely one of our best picks for the wedding team.

Hannah Berglund Photography

Livermore, CA

  • Starts at $10,500

I'm Hannah, a full time wedding and portrait photographer in Livermore, California. To me, photography is so much more than just hiring another vendor. And that's why you should choose someone you truly love to work with! I believe the real magic happens during the in-between moments – a secret smile shared by the parents; a tearful hug with the maid of honor; a quirky moment with the best man. These memories are far more precious than any staged photo, and these are the memories I want to capture for you on your big day.

Awarded Best of Zola
What can I say about Hannah! She truly was exceptional to work with. From the moment we reached out, she was welcoming, friendly, and so easy to work with. After our first conversation with her, it was obvious we wanted her to capture our wedding. Not only are her photos beautiful, she has the energy and attitude of someone you would want at your wedding. You feel an instant calmness in her presence. She is a true artist at heart, and our wedding photos are beyond what we could have asked for or expected. Hiring Hannah was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning, and we recommend her to all of our friends!

Want a trusted, unobtrusive, thoughtful pro photographer friend on your wedding day? Someone to capture the way the wedding FEELS as well as it looks. A little direction during portrait time, a little leadership during family portraits, and near invisibility all other times? I think you’re onto something. I’m in. What's exciting? What’s important? What's confusing? Let’s sit down for a discovery meeting and I’ll ask, listen, lay out options, and share suggestions. I want to learn about you. I'm on your team 100% before, during, and after your wedding. Bonus: I've shot 400+ practice weddings before yours and I absolutely LOVE what I do!

Olivia was incredible!!! The preparation leading up to our wedding was so easy and Olivia really took the time to get to know us and learn what moments we didn’t want her to miss during our wedding. We didn’t need to worry about a thing on our big day. She was very organized and allowed me and Josh to enjoy the day with full confidence she was snapping all the right pics! We also got them back in record time! Only two weeks after the wedding! We would highly recommend Olivia if you are looking for a photographer who is professional, fun, easy going and super talented!

Vivian Chen Photography

5.0

Richmond, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000

My style is natural and photojournalistic. I love capturing unscripted moments because those are the type of photos that tell a richer story of your day. Working with me means nothing overly posed, nothing awkward, nothing that doesn't feel like YOU. While we'll spend some time doing portraits, my priority is for you to be present and enjoy your wedding day. I like to shoot discreetly with an emphasis on candids so from the moment you first see each other to that last hilarious toast, you’ll be relaxed and focused on one another and not even noticed I’m there.

My musical group, Bay Area Strings, has performed at several weddings and receptions where Vivian was the photographer. Her event work is unobtrusive, taking great photographs without anyone noticing! We have ended up using several of her candid photographs of our string players, as she has a great eye for composition and color, with a modern and artistic style that still focuses on personality of the subjects. I have also noticed that her turnaround time to provide high-quality photos to the client and vendors is very fast compared to many others we have worked with.

Marisa Ruth Photography

5.0

Castro Valley, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000

Hey, I'm Marisa! I work with couples to help capture their dream wedding day! Most days you can find me drinking coffee in front of my computer editing the day away. If I’m not home in the SF Bay Area, I’m most likely in the Sierras or at a session off the grid. Outdoor adventures light up my soul! I basically live out of a duffle bag. In my free time you can find me drinking wine with friends, maybe on a run, laying around with my dog, near a lake or finding the best tacos.

Marisa is truly the best! When my husband and I first booked her last year, we were nervous to do our engagement photos, we were and are (lol) not the “photogenic/IG” type couple. But Marisa ran with it and made the whole session comfortable and embraced our quirky-ness! Fast forward to our wedding (2weeks ago) Marisa and her team were a dream! My husband and I didnt feel awkward, they were all so great no matter what scenario and/or event came up! (Insert ants) I’m so happy to have had Marisa be a part of such a special day for my husband and I! There is no one else I would go to for my future life events! Thank you so much Marisa!!

Luke George Photography

Wanderlust and a social curiosity led me to study photojournalism in the American West where I fell in love with people and places; everything from the way we live and work, build and break, love and pray. Here's to you!

I love our photos of my daughter Anna and her husband Zach's wedding reception. Due to Covid we waited a long time to celebrate, and I was so glad we chose Luke George Photography. I highly recommend Luke, He is professional and fun. He is able to capture the moment and not be intrusive, His pictures are so detailed, using a variety of views such as panoramic and aerial drone. He photographed all the aspects of Anna and Zach's reception and did a fantastic job. His fees are reasonable, and he was generous with his time, not charging extra, and even staying longer than his time was contracted. Thanks Luke

Forevermore Studios LLC

5.0

Brentwood, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,500

Our approach to photography and film making is the result of years of experience and hard work. We love to capture your unique day, your moments, your emotions, and your memories as they unfold. Our photography is a blend of photojournalism and natural/authentic portraits. Our portraits feel organic and bring you right back into that moment.

I would 100% recommend them. Here's why: Communication: Jen and Brian work so well as a team. They're both always so quick to respond. They're thorough, friendly, helpful, kind, funny, and efficient. They presented very clear written communication and made themselves available. Price: What really got me was the fact that I could give the password to our album to anyone and there were unlimited downloads. Plus, the engagement shoot and the wedding were bundled together. Last, broke down what they're charging for in the invoice. Organization/tips: Jen is so well organized and Brian knows just how to support her to maximize that organization. Since I was planning this wedding with no wedding planner, their expertise, tips, and organization skills were very much appreciated. When I asked for advice outside of photography, they were very careful not to persuade my decision to what they thought I should do, but gave very insightful tips to make my own, informed decisions. They helped me create a very clear timeline (for photography) that I used for the entire wedding and went over during the rehearsal dinner. They told our officiant (who was my cousin) to be sure to move away before he tells us to kiss. Since my wedding, I've noticed some officiants are not told this. Equipment: They come VERY well prepared. First of all, they were coming from Northern California. We live in Los Angeles/Orange County area. So they came down twice for our engagement shoot and for the wedding. During the engagement shoot, they had tons of great lighting equipment to do cool shots like the one under the bridge. They scoped out the sun patterns of both sites the day before to be sure they got the best lighting. They encouraged me to bring multiple outfits for the engagement shoot and brought a pop up tent so I could change in the middle of a park. They also has a speaker system we were able to use at the wedding Pictures: My husband and I are both very camera shy. Neither of us have taken pictures with professional photographers before and even my husband said, they made us feel really at ease and he could not imagine getting photographed by anyone else. They took a LOT of pictures. They got everything from details to people. They used their own creative ideas, and also asked for our input. The ONLY thing I have to say that's negative is there are a couple shots where some of the people in the photos are off center or not close enough to the rest of the group and one shot where my husband is doing something awkward in with his hands. Other than that, I really really love their editing style and how they got a good mixture of candids and posed pictures. Video: I especially love how in our ceremony video it caught my cousin saying something funny so my husband wouldn't cry when I was walking down the aisle. I love that they added clips of the speeches, but wished they got my cousin (maid of honor)'s speech in there as well. As far as the rest of the video, everyone that watched it said it was AMAZING! They got great camera angles of the ceremony, my husband appreciated that they took the videos quickly as we were doing the pictures, and they really captured as much as they could. Overall, Jen and Brian: - work very well as a team - take beautiful pictures and edit them well - give great tips without overstepping - are friendly, warm, and fun to work with - give you a lot for what you're paying - are very communicative - go the extra mile

Khariza was awesome from start to finish. We booked an engagement session and our wedding day coverage with her, and she was just so cool and easy to work with. She's responsive, proactive, and clear in her communication. Khariza really fit in seamlessly on our wedding day, made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, taught us how to pose, had great ideas, and was always game to go with our whacky ideas. My wedding party kept telling us how cool, friendly, and professional she was. Book Khariza, it's the easiest decision you could make for your wedding day!

Ron and Trinity are amazing at what they do. Since my wife and I have never felt at ease in front of the camera, they patiently worked with us from our engagement photos to the day of our wedding. They are incredibly professional and offer excellent suggestions when it comes to poses. My wife and I were so impressed with our engagement photos that it made us feel more at ease, relieved, and confident that choosing them over the other photographers was the right decision. We will always treasure the images they shot since they helped us relive that magical day for the two of us. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Hello! I’m so excited for the chance to work with you. I’m a former teacher who has always had a passion for photography. I started working freelance in 2015 and did a lot of my first jobs in the music industry! I’ve shot Warped Tour a few times and even had one of my promos featured by AP magazine. I quickly realized I loved working with couples the most, and now focus on couple and family portraits and weddings!

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I are the most awkward subjects for a photo shoot and have no idea what to do with our faces or bodies. Thalia made us feel so comfortable and was so reassuring. She had the best ideas for poses and was able to capture the genuine love in our photos, which is something I will treasure forever. She was also great at incorporating our dog in the pictures! I wish I had her take our engagement/wedding pics after seeing her other work. Thanks, Thalia!

Gemini Sun Creative is an intimate wedding and elopement photographer serving Northern California, NYC, Upstate NY & Philadelphia. Owner, Daniela Monzi, specializes in elopement and intimate wedding photography. With each couple she works with, she strives to show off the unique traits of their love story in every photo. Her passion for her work is most deeply connected to the process of telling people’s stories through photographs. Most of Daniela's work centers around the human experience, our shared existence, and the quest for revealing the truest form of each person that she documents.

Awarded Best of Zola
After drowning in Zola quotes and estimates, I found Dani online and was immediately drawn to her typeface, website, and company name. She seemed down to earth and photographed all different types of bodies and couples, which was very important to us both. She was quick to jump on a zoom call and we booked her within 20 minutes of talking (and laughing). Dani photographed our wedding (and engagement shoot) in September 2022. While she usually does small elopements, she was so kind as to take on out 125 person wedding – showing up in Vermont for our three day affair (shooting the welcome event, wedding, and Sunday brunch). This girl even jumped on a canoe with my mom to capture our fun Sunday event rafting down the Connecticut River. Dani is extremely professional, organized, and communicative across all platforms (via text, email, and on IG). She had our first round of images from our wedding – I think within 48 hours?!? Dani is dedicated to her craft and just overall an extremely lovely person and was extremely patient with us as I tried to coordinate a wedding from the New Mexican desert while writing a thesis. I feel strongly that she captured everything so beautifully – from the décor, to the venue, to capturing my husband and I in all the emotions – happy tears, calmness, goofyness, sexiness, romanticness – and even obliged my insane request of pulling over and getting some shots in a Victorian Graveyard. Dani is happy to capture whatever you choose to define as romantic, even mossy tombstones in the middle of the woods. Our engagement shots in the city are equally as lovely, despite being a totally different environment. I never once felt self-conscious or aware of myself and just love the love that shines through in each photo. Not only were we so thrilled to have these wonderful photos and memories for the rest of our lives, we are so lucky to also have made a new friend. I received endless compliments on just how lovely the photos were (long exposure images of the milky way with shooting stars – how is that even possible??) and I’m so happy we found Dani and would recommend her to any couple who is looking for photos that are soft, capture the golden hour, and your love. She somehow manages to be timeless without giving you a cookie cutter album of wedding shots. 1000/10 recommend – book Dani to talk about dogs, tattoos, concerts while getting effortlessly beautiful memories of you and your loved ones.

We are traveling wedding photographer and videographer. For 2024, we have 70+ weddings booked in 21 different states. Our shooting style is photojournalistic, natural, CINEMATIC to traditional. Our editing and style depends. Very easygoing and flexible depending on the client's preference. Our team is dedicated in delivering memories.

We were fortunate enough to have Randell as our wedding photographer and videographer as I just stumbled to find him in a local wedding facebook group and without a doubt, he is THE BEST! From the moment we met him, it was evident that his professionalism and passion for his craft set him apart. His efficiency on the big day was truly remarkable. He seamlessly blended into the background, ensuring he captured every significant moment without being intrusive. His ability to organize group shots and direct us for those perfect candid moments showcased his experience and expertise. Now, let's talk about the photos - they are nothing short of spectacular! The only "problem" Randell presented us with was making every single photo look so incredible that it's nearly impossible to choose our favorites! As an artist myself, to me each image is a work of art, reflecting his keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of lighting and composition. Randell not only delivered on capturing the essence of our wedding day but exceeded our expectations. His creativity and skill turned ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. We are beyond grateful for his dedication and the timeless images he has given us to cherish for a lifetime. If you're in search of a wedding photographer who not only meets but exceeds expectations, look no further than Randell. He's not just a photographer; he's an artist who turns your special day into a visual masterpiece. Thank you, Randell, for making our wedding day truly unforgettable!

I'm a CA based and travel wedding photographer. I've photographed almost 200 weddings, and every single one goes by so quickly. I love my job because even though the day goes by fast, I get to find and capture those small moments, sometimes just a fraction of a second long, so they can be relived over and over in photographs. I have a photojournalistic and editorial style, plus 9 years of wedding experience under my belt, so trust me that I've got it while you are able to fully enjoy your day and be present.

Awarded Best of Zola
We absolutely loved working with Holly Castillo Photography on our wedding day. Holly was a delight to work with: friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. During the ceremony and the reception, Holly quietly and unobtrusively snapped away, capturing some truly wonderful and emotional images. When it came time for posed group and couple photos, Holly was efficient and communicated direction clearly but didn't give the air of being rushed, so everyone was able to feel at ease in what can sometimes be an awkward experience. I'm hoping not to have another wedding of my own, but I would book Holly again in a heartbeat if I did!

Thanks so much for stepping into my world of photography where capturing memories and emotions through the lens of my camera is a true passion. My journey as a photographer began in my teenage years when my Uncle, an avid photographer, sparked my love for the art by showing me the magic of capturing life's moments. With over 100 weddings under my belt as a lead photographer and mentorship from some of the Bay Area's top wedding photographers, I bring a wealth of experience to each and every shoot. My goal is always to produce images that are not just beautiful but also truly authentic.

Hok was the best part of my wedding, hands down. I loved my dress, my flowers, my location, but Hok was the best decision we made. We heard comments from all of our guests. We all LOVED him! He was full of energy, so much fun, and captured our wedding exactly the way we wanted. Some photos were perfectly candid, some were posed but turned into moments with a bit of joking, and some were beautiful photos where my husband looks like a GQ model! He was timely with delivering the photos, great at communication, passionate and incredibly talented, funny, and happy. Absolutely someone you want at your wedding, and an added bonus that he is the photographer! I got married in 2018 and I still think of Hok all the time. If I still lived in San Francisco, I would hire him for every major event in our life. I’ve recommended him to a few friends as well and they loved him. Honestly, he’s the best. Hire him!

This is delightfully different elopement + wedding photography! From helicopter elopements, to hiking engagements, to weddings with bouncy houses, I capture the adventurous, quirky, and unique. Based in both New York and California, with travel worldwide, I've photographed couples on 6 continents. My creative, fun, and candid photography uses innovative techniques and unique ideas to get photos that make you look twice. Whether you're saying vows in your backyard or having a 3-day adventure wedding in the rainforest, I'll catch every spontaneous moment of joy and laughter—and plan a few awesomely unique shots on top of it all.

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I hired Kathryn to photograph our very small wedding in the Adirondack Mountains this past fall. It was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Neither of us had been in front of a professional photographer's camera before and are both on the shy side. But that didn't matter because Kathryn instantly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We shared laughs and good conversation as she took our photos which made us both feel like we had known her forever. We wanted photos in a LOT of different locations and Kathryn was so flexible and willing to go to all of our favorite spots to ensure we had what we were looking for. At the end of the day, all of our guests asked where we found Kathryn because they all loved her too. Every single person at our wedding agreed that she was the perfect fit, so easy going, and overall great to have around on such a special occasion. Kathryn even provided us with some "sneak peak" photos which blew us away! She gave us exactly what we were looking for (even if we didn't fully know what we wanted at the time). Lots of candids, funny photos, and sentimental moments that I didn't realize happened that day. I highly, highly recommend Kathryn if you're looking for someone fun with a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile for her clients, who can provide you with fantastic photos that will blow you away every time you revisit them.

Lauren and Jamie here. Hi! We love all love. We’re down to earth, creatively driven, ready for beautiful adventures, and in this business for the moments. We're so excited to hear about your wedding plans and to start chatting-- we'll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. A great way to start getting to know us is over on Instagram where we post and share behind the scenes on stories almost daily: @eicharphotography Head to our website to see our images in full res and to stalk us some more: www.eicharphotography.com Looking forward to your email!

In a covid wedding world, Lauren and Jamie showed up for us. From the start, they were eager to get to know us, understand our vision, and do everything they could (above and beyond) to help it come to life. We put together a ceremony on a cliff, sight unseen, but Lauren and Jamie scouted locations for us, talked us through logistics, and were exactly the people we needed with us to make this day happen. They are creative and adventurous, detail-oriented and responsive. Looking back, they were the piece that held everything together from planning to watching it all unfold in front of us. They were discreet during our intimate ceremony and we were able to just be ourselves and enjoy the day. They captured incredible moments and classic portraits that we will cherish forever. Our guests still talk about Lauren hopping on Jamie's shoulders to get an epic group shot on the cliffside. It is more than just earning a paycheck for these two, they are genuinely kind and talented people that you want with you on such a memorable day. Our best wedding decision was hiring Eichar Photography!

When my husband and I first got engaged, we knew we wanted to take engagement photos in Mammoth Lakes, CA. I had actually reached out to a different photographer, but she was unavailable the dates we were looking for and referred us to Diana. Luckily, she happened to be available and in the area at the exact time we were going to be there. It really was meant to be! We were nervous, we’re not the type of people who are used to posing in front of a camera, but she made us feel comfortable and captured the most beautiful, genuine photos. We had such a good experience that we later booked her, and her husband Isiah as our officiant, for our wedding in Laguna Beach, CA. They were extremely professional and made the whole process seamless. Diana captured the most amazing candid moments/details and Isiah was the perfect officiant, he even took care of all the license/certificate paperwork after the ceremony for us. We’re absolutely in love with the photos and we’re constantly getting print requests from family/friends. We definitely now have a go-to photographer for any other future events! J is truly incredible to work with! He immediately made me feel comfortable and wasn’t “pushy” when I was deciding on photographers. We picked him because 1.) his photography is seriously amazing, and 2.) he is a genuinely wonderful guy, and I knew he would put me at ease throughout the day. His rates are also very reasonable and there are no “hidden” fees. I really liked that he was with us the ENTIRE day too! We just got our wedding photos back (SUPER FAST TURNAROUND) and I am completely in love! I don’t even have the words to describe how incredible they are. He captured so many moments that I didn’t even know happened, and now we have hundreds of photos of people laughing and crying throughout the day that I wouldn’t have ever seen if he wasn’t there! We wanted someone that was artistic and didn’t just take the “stereotypical” wedding photos, and he exceeded our expectations. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to thoroughly answer every single question I had. He was even helpful during the wedding day with things not entirely photographer related, like helping me find something I lost at one point and exuding a “chill” vibe that definitely calmed everyone down! My entire family adored him, and we are already thinking of new events in life that we will hire J for! I am SO thankful he was with us for our engagement photos and wedding day, and I cannot recommend him enough!

We couldn't imagine having a better photographer for our wedding than Russ. He's such a professional, took absolutely stunning photos for us, and got the photos back to us lightning fast. If he's available for your date, book him fast before he's taken! We had previously used Russ for our engagement photoshoot at SF MOMA and loved the way the photos came out. With the pandemic making a full wedding tricky, we chose to switch to a micro-wedding, with a few onsite guests and more on Zoom, down in southern California (Malibu) and Russ agreed to drive down from the Bay Area to shoot it for us. He arrived early and covid safe in an N95 mask. He's great at putting you at ease all day. We also love that he mostly uses a photojournalistic/candid style that documents everything but doesn't get in the way of your wedding with lots of distractions and staged photos. He takes colorful and sharp photos that really capture the moment and make you look great and feel like a moviestar.

She’s an incredible photographer, capable of capturing all the photos you could want or need from your event. More than that, she’s an incredible listener, helping to understand your vision and bring it to life. Annie captured the most special moments at our wedding; jokes between my husband and his grandfather, my dad spinning me during our father daughter dance, old friends laughing raucously over a perfectly timed joke. Her aesthetic is cool, clean and classic. We’ll we cherish the photos for the rest of our lives but the best part was that it felt completely natural to get them. We never felt too posed, Annie just always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. She was flexible, helping us meet all our goals (so many family portraits!) but also have fun! My husband notoriously hates having his photo taken and even he had a good time with Annie at the helm. I'm a Bay Area native with over 12 years in the commercial photography realm. I got my start on the beaches of Los Angeles back in 2012 shooting commercial swimwear campaigns for some of the best designers in swim and fashion. That opened the door to countless opportunities with modeling agencies, reality television, and fashion design. In 2018 I made the move back up north to San Francisco where I grew up. With a wide network of friends and family up here, I found myself catapulted into the Wedding and Elopement industry - and absolutely loved it! I'm honored when I get to be a part of one of the best days of a couple's life together.

I was introduced to the world of photography the same week I was introduced to the world! All thanks to my Dad, who was never without his camcorder or camera. Because of him, our memories growing up are preserved. Then I got my first camera. I documented everything. So I can go back & revisit so many wonderful memories from my life...most of which I wouldn't remember without pictures!

Awarded Best of Zola
Met Nicole while working at a wedding in February 2024. She was very kind to our staff and not in the way at all. She allowed everyone to enjoy the party without blocking views or being rude. Yet managed to do her job with a smile the whole time! She is very pleasant!

My name is Sarahi. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Since a child, I loved photographing with old polaroids and disposable cameras.. My family used to complain about the 100's of pictures I captured and how many rolls of film I used. Now, I look back at pictures from 10+ years ago, and see the beauty of "stopping time" in photos and keeping them forever. I see how it brings happiness to the people around me and myself. Nothing makes me happier than people looking back at precious memories. I can't wait to extend this experience to you and create an everlasting memory that you can carry for years to follow.

Awarded Best of Zola
Sarahi was so sweet and open in our consultation. We knew from the start that she was the photographer we needed. It was the first consultation with a photographer in which we did not feel pushed to book or left with any questions. She told us what to expect and and gave us advice if we decided not to book her! During the wedding she was so Kind and was able to keep my crazy family on check and participate in photos! We loved her and loved the photos!

Columbia, CA

We help outdoorsy lovers get married in beautiful outdoor venues provided by Mother Nature herself. Our couples have the wedding of their lifetime doing things that matter to them with their closest family and friends. We create inexpensive intimate ceremonies in expansive settings in the woods, river canyons, mountain ridges, deserts, or beaches. We give couples an opportunity to create their own ceremonies and trail-blaze their own traditions as they begin their Forever Endeavor Together. And we document it all with stunning, bold, crystal clear photographs that are a reverie both in nature and love.

Awarded Best of Zola
CANatural Unions was an absolutely amazing experience that we'll never forget! I've never had so much fun and felt so beautiful while surrounded by epic vistas and sunsets! ...My husband and I are more seasoned hikers, so we went on more difficult treks, but Kira will always make sure the journey fits the traveler. And thanks to the combined talent of Forrest's post-editing, everyone who sees our photos is blown away like we were. In one picture, he somehow turned a day shot into a night shot with crazy editing magic. My husband and I don't just recommend, but demand, that if you're thinking about an outdoor photo adventure with Kira, do it! It's not just a photoshoot, it's an adventure with the person you love.

Hey future newlyweds! I'm Jarrod, a wedding photographer that specializes in story telling. Tired of all the bright, overposed, cookie cutter sh*t you keep seeing? Let's create wedding images with real emotion, story, and intention to them. I know being in front of the camera can be awkward. These prompts will help you feel comfortable and also help create candid images. Check out my website for more info :)

Jarrod was so professional and made it so easy and fun to take photos that captured our essence and our love. My name's Meg and I'm an elopement & intimate wedding photographer based in Sonoma County in Northern California. When my husband and I started planning our wedding day, we knew we wanted something very different than a traditional, big wedding day. We wanted an experience that was intimate, sentimental, and relaxed. And that's exactly what we created! We kept the traditions that made sense to us, and scrapped the rest without a shred of guilt.

Awarded Best of Zola
Having amazing photography was a major priority for our wedding so that's why we chose Meg! We're absolutely in love with both our engagement and wedding photos so we definitely made the right decision! From the first time we met her for our engagement shoot, she made us feel like we were old friends and it was so easy to work together. We had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid and she was incredibly gracious and was a great resource when lots of things were up in the air. She helped organize our timeline and make sure the photo sessions ran smoothly while making sure we captured everything we could have wanted and more. Meg instantly understood the vision we had for our wedding and was able to capture the most beautiful moments in unexpected ways. I love her eye for framing shots, it makes our wedding photos feel unique and special. The wedding day went by way too fast but we're incredibly happy that Meg so beautifully captured the memories we get to keep forever. When we got our wedding gallery back we pretty much went on tour to different friends and family to show them the whole gallery and everyone just impressed as we were. If you want to rest easy knowing that your wedding photography will live up to the wedding of your dreams... and then some... Meg is your girl!

Sean has been one of the best photographers to work with. Our paths crossed for the first time this year while we worked a wedding together. The wedding was big & chaotic but Sean was extremely polite and easy to work with.He was also a real gentlemen and was very respectful regarding my time with the bride. The bridal party enjoyed his company along with the other 3 vendors we shared space with. His easy going personality was calming and his professionalism never went unnoticed. Mr Wash also went out of his way to share the gallery from that day. He made me feel very appreciated, it was an honor to be thought of even weeks after the event. We started off as a duo of quirky plastic artists who wanted to try something new - capturing weddings in a unique way that combined truthfulness and creativity. Fast forward 15 years and many, many amazing weddings later, and we're still just as nervous and excited before each event as we were on day one. I guess it means we still care! We believe your wedding photos should be a true reflection of your special day - capturing all the laughter, tears, love and joy in a way that takes you back to that exact moment. Making you relive the excitement, nervousness, happiness and warm fuzzy feelings of your wedding day.

Black Hat Studio captured the emotions at our wedding phenomenally! We had a simple wedding in Riviera Maya with a last minute venue change because of a storm and the team calmly rolled with the punches and made the most of the changes. We were worried all the changes would reflect poorly in our photos and videos, but they turned out wonderfully and we've not tire of flipping through them! A wonderful group that we would book again in a heartbeat!

Having our engagement session with her also prepped us a little for what to expect. She gave us direction, and made us feel more at ease. Our ceremony was at Old Mill Park, and our couple photos in the redwoods were dreamy. She has a great eye, and the photos really were magical and timeless, with just the right amount of moodiness. She brought along a 2nd photographer, and they both caught really fun candid moments of our family and friends. She also had our photos back to us so quickly. Natalie was just super thoughtful, warm, and flexible. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you, thank you, Natalie! <3

My professional background was cultivated in the field of architecture and design. But around 2010, my obsession with photography overcame my passion for architecture and I changed course. Through years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve developed a genuine love and appreciation for these emotional events. To me, weddings are emotionally-charged, symbolic celebrations. They often inspire pure expressions, words and feelings from the couple and their family and friends.

Awarded Best of Zola
Mandy Scott Events has worked with Duy Ho Photography many times since we first met as part of the team for a multi-day destination Indian wedding in 2014. Duy is the photographer I most often recommend to my clients. He does not consider himself an artist but a craftsman; I see him as both. His images reflect a unique artistry crafted from years spent figuring out the use of natural light and framing of his subject. He tells the story of the wedding day for his clients capturing emotion and documenting the events as they unfold in an unfussy way. He is always well prepared ahead of the event and exudes a calm energy throughout even the most hectic and longest of wedding days. He is quick to deliver a sneak peak to clients right after their big day and their gallery is always delivered in a timely manner. Can you tell I'm a huge fan of his work?!

We hired Michelle for our wedding and wow... where do I start?? Michelle and her assistant were INCREDIBLE! They were super friendly, thoughtful, funny, helpful and just made us feel incredible comfortable! My husband and I are shy people who do not like to be the center of attention and do not like to get our pictures taken, so we were both anxious about it. As soon as they started, we ended up actually having so much fun, laughing and having a great time getting our pictures taken! I have seen a few sneak peeks and am already in tears at how beautifully they turned out. I CANNOT wait to see how the others turned out! We will 100% be working with her again in the future! Thank you Michelle for the wonderful memories! Definitely do not hesitate and hire Valley Images Photography for your next event, you will not regret it!

WE'RE MARIA AND RICARDO, WE ARE HUSBAND AND WIFE AND THE HEART BEHIND THE PICTURES. WE ARE BASED IN NYC AND TAKE WEDDING COMISSIONS ALL AROUND THE US AND ABROAD BUT WE ARE ORIGINALLY FROM SPAIN AND PUERTO RICO MARIA IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER, ALL THE IMAGES ARE TAKEN AND EDITED BY HER. RICARDO IS YOUR VIDEOGRAPHER AND RUNS THE BUSINESS AND MAKES SURE EVERYTHING GOES AS IT SHOULD. THERE IS A LOT GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENES.OUR PHOTOGRAPHY IS BOLD & CREATIVE, AIMING TO TELL STORIES AND DOCUMENT THE REAL MOMENTS. WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOOT A FEW FORMALS AND WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO THE BRIDE AND GROOM SESSIONS.

This review is massively long overdue (we got married 5/20/2022), but I absolutely have to write one. Maria and Ricky are hands down the BEST people and we could not have been luckier to have the pleasure of them capturing our wedding! They got exactly the vibes we wanted, all the shots we wanted, were so easy to communicate with, and are just the nicest and most fun people! We did our engagement shoot with them in NYC and the photos could not have been any better. We communicated the types of shots we were looking for and, since they were living there, they were able to give us the best tips for location and shots! Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined. We got the best posed shots and the absolute best candid shots. We barely even realized the were photographing/taking video of us during the reception which we loved, but we also just loved their presence. They were so much fun and added to the party, they were dancing while shooting and made everyone so happy and comfortable. Our guests still talk about them and how awesome they are! Our video is breathtaking, we are taken back to the day every time we watching and it always brings us to tears. The photos are incredible; we constantly look through our photos and love displaying them in our home to look at all the time. We have since referred several people to them because we would love everyone to have the same experience we had!

Artistic storytelling for the fun, kind and adventurous. Hi friend! :) I'm your neighborhood artist, goofy empath, & lover of dogs and human beans. (Name is pronounced Hasmeen, kinda like jalapeño) My goal is to be a source of joy and vulnerability in your life while helping you feel grounded on your big day and ~even more~ grateful for the life you live and the love you choose.

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I booked Jazmin for our fall wedding in the panhandle of Texas. Right from the start, she was such a joy to work with! Between our first video call to make sure we were a good fit, doing her online questionnaire (which was a lot of fun), and the call closer to the big day where Jazmin helped my coordinator and I with the photography timeline, Jazmin was helpful, cheerful, and made me feel so at ease. Booking her for our wedding was the easiest choice I’d made all year! This was our first time having professional pictures taken and we are both a bit awkward in front of the camera but we did not feel awkward with Jazmin. On our wedding day, Jazmin and her partner/second shooter were punctual, organized, and just plain fun to have around! To quote my husband; “anytime we need a photographer for anything, you know we can only work with them.” Importing Jazmin from San Francisco for our DIY Texas vineyard wedding was a no brainer for us, and we’d book her again in a heart beat!

Mary Lewis was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was super intentional about getting to know us ahead of time so we didn't feel like strangers when the date came. Prior to our vow renewal, she was available as a resource for vendors and ideas. Then when the day came, she stepped in and helped us bring our event to life in every way! She truly understood what we were going for, and delivered flawlessly. She is so joyful, down to earth and kind. We were so grateful she was there to capture every detail for us!

A husband and wife photography team. We love going on adventures, whether it's a rock-climbing trip, surfing, or just trying a new take out place. We also love cute puppies and, of course, photography. We started our wedding photography business in 2019 when moving back to California after several years living in Sweden. Since then we have photographed many amazing couples! We can't wait to meet you and hear about your story!

Quanti took his time to find every perfect shot. He made us feel comfortable ,light, and easy. He was able to find an area away from the Halloween crowd to get a more intimate feel for our wedding photos. Thank you Quanti! We appreciate all your time and effort for both days you had with us.
