As a full-service venue, we offer in-house catering, rentals, and several unique locations for your big day! Our beautifully renovated Ballroom was designed with you in mind—it provides a blank canvas to transform into whatever vision you love (and has beautiful local reclaimed wooden floors)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. The Keswick Hunt Club was founded in 1896, and the building with its 2018 renovation can host wedding receptions, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and every special celebration. Just a short TWENTY minute drive south of Lynchburg, Avoca, the principal architectural landmark of the Town of Altavista, is an American Queen Anne-style house, designed by architect J.M.B. Lewis and built in 1901. Designated a Virginia Historic Landmark and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Avoca is the home site of Colonel Charles Lynch, Revolutionary War hero. On the of grounds of the Museum, enjoy your private event with the ambiance of the Avoca mansion and the original Revolutionary War era kitchen, as well as 18th century outbuildings. Avoca’s grounds also feature a restored Victorian Garden and the Donal and Nancy Dinwiddie Arboretum opened in 2007!

The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. The two have been partners since 1991, creating their first restaurant Metropolitain which operated in the same location as Space. It closed in 2003 and the chef pair sold the restaurant but remained owners of the building. In early 2010, the location became vacant and the two decided to open for private parties only. In addition to the Space Downtown, the pair operate Bizou and Bang restaurants, all three close in vicinity to one another.

The Vinton War Memorial is owned and operated by the Town of Vinton and often hosts public events at the venue. The Vinton War Memorial was originally conceived as the centerpiece of an 11.5-acre park that could be enjoyed by the community while honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country during World War II. The park was completed in 1946 and the two-story brick building known as the Vinton War Memorial was dedicated and opened to the public on August 20, 1948. Initially, it included the town's library, small meeting rooms, and the Dogwood Ballroom.
