It has always been a way to form a deeper, more meaningful connection for both. Married in 2008 and 3 kids later, it continues to strengthen their bond and love. Their favorite styles of music vary greatly, but also have some consistencies. Turah enjoys strong female vocalists in the Pop genre, while Andy can get down to some Grunge and Alternative Rock from the 90s, as well as a lot of underground indie artists.

I started DJing over a 15 years ago. In 2008 I started running my own event company, from weddings and private parties to corporate events. After all the planning was done, I became passionate about matching my clients vibe and intensity and sharing it with the rest of their guests. The DJ at every wedding is responsible for setting the tone through the music and lighting, emceeing, and coordinating the events that take place throughout the night. I’ve seen many weddings fall flat because of DJs who didn’t know how to entertain a crowd or would leave major gaps of silence in between songs, losing any build up they may have acquired.

My name is Rogelio (Roger) Sanchez aka DJ Konkocshun. It all began while in H.S., a buddy of mine (I consider him my brother) was a DJ and I used to tag along and even help him mix some tracks. After H.S. I joined the Marine Corps and after several years, I continued to get the itch of mixing music and missed playing on the turntables. After an experience we had with another DJ for a personal event, I decided to give it a go. I love mixing different genres of music and the excitement of people enjoying themselves while on the dance floor or bobbing their heads in their seats. I practice my craft daily to present a beautiful experience.
