Our heartfelt desire is to provide an affordable and classic wedding venue that is limited only by your imagination. Every single decision we have made has been to provide the best wedding experience for you. Because we believe a marriage ceremony should NEVER be rushed, we provide you with 24 hours before your wedding day, your entire wedding day, and five hours the following day to decorate, enjoy your family and clean up. Our goal is to replace wedding stress with wedding joy. Your wedding day should be filled with love and family, not stress. This is our gift to you as you celebrate the joining of two families. We searched and researched to provide something unique and gorgeous. To provide the best atmosphere for photos, we collaborated with several photographers. This is the reason we chose to have a white interior and face east for optimal lighting and clarity of photos.

From its historical beginnings as a stoic munitions depot, The Armory experienced a beautiful transformation to showcase a sophisticated ballroom, classy built-in bar and impressive commercial kitchen. Original element of the 1928 Armory construction and subsequent Newman Recreations Center were incorporated into the even space renovation to provide the perfect blend of past and present.Iron-barred doors used to secure armers and thick concrete walls reinforced with brick to accommodate the National Guard Armory and shooting range lend a rustic industrial aesthetic. Wood from the recreation center bleachers line the dramatic bar and the orginial hardwood floor was dressed up to grace the ballroom. The vaulted timber ceilings and exposed truss work allow the dazzling period chandeliers an opportunity to lend an air of elegance to the urban decor. Charm abounds in the union of classic architecture with a modern flair.

BASH is located in beautiful Carmel, Indiana. Nestled approximately 30 minutes outside of Indianapolis, this space is the perfect venue for celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and much more! The shiplap walls, stunning wood floors and open ceiling create a charming atmosphere for your event.

Built in 2018, a state-of-the-art facility set in the woods of Putnam County Indiana. Many of the timbers used to construct the barn came from clearing the property to build the barn. With over 14,000 square feet of indoor conditioned space and 6000 square feet of outdoor space you have the flexibility to create your perfect event.

Constructed in 1871 by Bavarian immigrant Philip H. Zorn Jr., Barrelhouse The Venue resides on the historic Zorn campus. As an annex to the brewery, Barrelhouse The Venue would manufacture beer barrels to house fresh beer prior to distribution around Northwest Indiana. Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.

The Hopewell Barn is located about 1/2 mile south of the historic Hopewell Church. Built in 1872 and purchased by Deb in 2018, the church is listed on National Historic Register for its ties to Gene Stratton Porter. Gene was a famous author in the early 1900’s and the area of ‘Hopewell’ was used as the locale for the settings for several of her books. The name ‘Rustic Barn at Hopewell’ was selected to pay tribute to historic roots of the Hopewell area.

Ruthmere Campus comprises two historic properties that engage visitors with a unique experience of history, art and architecture. Lizton Lodge offers several indoor venue options and three outdoor options each with their own unique characteristics and style. We don’t take the task of hosting your big day lightly. Engelbrecht Farm sits on 8 acres and is located in the heart of farming country. A very unique structural features of the barn is the opening to allow guests to be seated to two levels and both levels can look at the head table for a gallery type feel. The other unique feature is its size. It is the largest actual barn (not modern structure that looks like a barn) within multiple states at 4500 square feet. Adjacent to the barn is the old 4000 square foot feedlot with flower garden and iron pergola. Late in the day makes for a great spot for outdoor games. With the barn comes the recently restored, three bedroom farmhouse originally constructed in the 1890’s. One amazing aspect for the wedding package is it’s a standard three day booking. Families arrive on Friday and check out on Sunday. This gives them time to relax and take the whole experience in. Plus the time is spent making their wedding their own. This is the place for imagination and creativity to really shine.

Friendship Botanic Gardens is a unique, beautiful setting for the outdoor wedding and other special events. Weddings are scheduled from mid-May through mid-October. Fountains splash, birds sing, and trees tower above. The Gardens include over one hundred acres of woods and landscaped areas, providing one of the most beautiful outdoor venues in Northwest Indiana. The Gardens can accommodate a small and intimate wedding ceremony of a few family and friends, or a larger wedding ceremony up to 300 guests. Friendship Botanic Gardens welcomes and honors all marriages of all types. We do not discriminate against anyone. All weddings include chairs, use of the area for three hours and rehearsal privileges. Arrangements can be made for use of the Bridal Cabin and golf cart shuttle with driver to transport guests to the venue. Ceremonies and receptions will be customized by our wedding coordinator. Weddings over 400 guests can be custom designed to suit your needs.
