I started this business over 11 years ago after I finished school at The French Pastry school in Chicago where I furthered my culinary arts degree to specialize in cake decorating. Baking was a passion I learned at a young age baking with my mom and I just knew it had to be what I did for the rest of my life. When I'm not working on my own business you can find me playing my our new daughter, enjoying criminal minds reruns and enjoying as much family time as I can!

My name is Blythe Forman, and I have been creating decadent desserts for almost 20 years. I am passionate about sweets for all occasions! I specialize in cakes for weddings but can provide full dessert tables as well. I am a home-based business operating under the applicable laws of Idaho, and all of my recipes have been approved by the Central District Health Department. I am also fully insured. Hello!!! My name is Sarah. I am the owner and decorator behind Sugar and Spice Baking Company, a cottage food bakery located in Meridian Idaho. Baking has always been a passion of mine since a young age but it wasn’t until I quit my corporate career that it became my full time business! When I'm not making cookies, you can find me wrangling my young kids, or learning everything I can in my garden.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Hi! It is so nice to meet you. I have been baking for what seems like forever and am passionate about making desserts that taste good with an esthetic look. I am a strong believer in quality over quantity and take pride in whatever it is I am creating in the kitchen. I use my mother’s very own KitchenAid mixer that she used, it has now been whipping up delicious desserts well over 15 years! When I am not baking I am spending time with my fiancé and our four dogs, practicing my photography, traveling and enjoying the beautiful Idaho I live in.

I’m Keri Lainhart, owner of Oh, For Heaven Cakes! I am a Jane Austen junkie. I love Regency Era novels, movies and music, but goodness know I am thankful I don’t have to wear a corset. Being a mom is the BEST! Although, I still think I’m way too immature. After all… these little people are dependent on a person who skips down the sidewalk, sings in the shower and secretly eats pie for breakfast. Nothing makes me happier than meeting a beautiful couple in love, hearing their story, and helping them make their dream cake a reality.
