Designer Mary B. Hayes of Semper Virens Flowers creates spirited, nature-inspired florals for weddings and elopements. We use seasonal and locally-grown flowers and foliage to create bespoke florals for you. Our flowers will truly bring more beauty and joy to your event! We also offer workshops, including floral crowns and flower bars, which are perfect for a bridal shower or reception activity. (Weddings limited to less than 125 guests. )

Copper Penny Flowers is owned by Concord, MA, resident Jennifer Eaton, a Master Gardener, landscape designer, and professional florist. Jennifer started the business several years ago, settling most recently at her location in Concord Center. Originally specializing in weddings and events, today Copper Penny Flowers is a full-service florist offering boutique design flair serving Concord and the surrounding communities. Being part of your very special occasion is an honor for all of us at Copper Penny. We are committed to creating unique and beautiful floral designs to match the dreams and desires of each couple.

Gayle has produced hundreds of events and weddings since co-founding her company in 2003. Aside from managing a team of Producers, Sales people and associates, Gayle’s expertise is her ability to bring in original, multi-faceted creative projects on-time and on budget. Gayle has an additional 15 years in design and production work, live events and television shows as well as set design experience in feature films and commercials. She is currently serving on the MPI New England board of directors. Gayle has a BA from the University of Massachusetts and a MA in film production from American University.

Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

I started my business in 2018, after I finished floral design classes from Cass School of Floral in Watertown, MA. I have had hands on experience from Floral Arts in Westford, MA and have completed over 15 weddings in my time as a floral designer. I have a little intern named Larry, a corgi-pit mix, who is the model for Little Blooms, who you will see a lot of on Instagram. I love using locally grown flowers as much as I can in my work, to really showcase 'farm to florist'.
