Knowing we’ve mastered the essence of BBQ, we are able to then direct our focus onto the meal itself by utilizing high quality meats and care in preparation, creating flavorful and tender meats that melt in your mouth. Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience. Our fresh-made sides and crisp vegetables, with no artificial flavors or coloring, are made with the upmost care to help highlight your meal.

We use the freshest ingredients, locally and ethnically sourced Beef, Chicken, and pork. With the use of our Custom Barbecue trailer, We cook on site for you and your guest to enjoy all of the sights and smells of real wood-fire cooking!
