Offering wedding coordination, planning and full service design, 27 Social has something for every couple. If you want to plan your own wedding and just have us step in to execute it on your big day - we can do that! If you want us with you every step of the way to help you bring your vision to life - we can do that, too!

Heather can look at your wedding from many different angles. While planning and executing events is her passion she has also worked in venue management and catering coordination. Description

This full service package offers comprehensive assistance from start to finish, including design. This is best for the couple that wants 27 Social to take care of every little detail. Some of the things we will help you with are: venue visits and selection, vendor appointments and planning, floor plan design, budget management, transportation scheduling, hotel blocks and more! This package can be customized based on the needs of the client.

This package includes all of the wedding management services offered, plus hands on assistance throughout the whole planning process. We can be involved as you would like to help you build the vendor team of your dreams and we will be there to do walk throughs at your venue to ensure no detail is missed. We are here to guide you throughout the whole process!

This is for the couple who has a plan but needs someone to execute their vision. 27 Social will step in the month of the wedding and tie up loose ends. We will create a timeline for your day and make contact with all of your vendors. We will be on-site for your rehearsal and the wedding to make sure the day runs smoothly. 27 Social will cover all of the details so you can enjoy your big day!

    My Husband and I hired Heather as our wedding coordinator in 2019 in preparation for our wedding in August 2020. She was organized, professional, communicative and hard working. She was a huge help from start to finish for over a year with vendor communication and coordination, setup and tear down of rehearsal and wedding, prepping and executing schedules for the weekend…the list could go on and on. With years of experience in the industry and working with so many vendors in the area, she was super helpful even with recommendations and selections for all of our wedding needs.     Heather was such a blessing to me throughout my wedding planning journey!! She met with me several times before the actual wedding weekend and then served as my “week-of wedding coordinator.” She was able to recommend local vendors based on my ideas for the wedding and reception. She spent time making a schedule of wedding weekend events and focused on every small detail. She followed up with all vendors the week of the wedding to make sure the wedding weekend would run as smoothly as possible. The weekend of the wedding, I felt like I could enjoy all of the events and really be present with all of our family and friends. Heather made sure all wedding party members/vendors/venue staff knew what was supposed to happen and when. She made sure everything was running on time and everyone was where they needed to be. I did not have to worry about “being in charge” and I got to just be the bride on my wedding day!! I could not recommend Heather Martin enough.
