Michelle is a certified wedding & events planner based on Southern California, married to the most amazing husband & mother to a fur baby (Meow!). Michelle has many years of coordination experience in over ​140 weddings & events. ​She is passionate, organized, detailed, persistent & enthusiastic. She genuinely cares for each and every client & that clearly shows through her work. Michelle also comes from a background of film composing and is a crazy cat lady, so please feel free to nerd out with her about ​film music and cats!

    Michelle is the ABSOLUTE best. I truly feel like I’ve found a friend for life. That’s the type of person Michelle is. She truly cares and wants the best for the bride and groom, is supportive, patient, kind, and never fails to give encouragement. When it comes to her professionalism, she is very experienced and knowledgeable in event planning, meticulous, honest, organized, and you can see the passion she has for her work. Her work really does speak for itself. She takes the time to get to know you and your vision for the wedding. She’s in constant communication with not only you, but with your vendors so that nothing is missed. She even adds certain details that she thinks will fit into your vision. I stress VERY easily about everything. Days leading up to the wedding were chaotic and a complete mess (last minute cancellations, misunderstandings with the venue, the weather, etc.), and as much as I trusted Michelle, I didn’t trust that I wouldn’t be stressed the day of. But Michelle really goes above and beyond to ensure that the bride is stress-free, won’t lift a finger on the day of the wedding, and that the day will be everything you hoped it would be and more. And it was. To my surprise, I wasn’t stressed at all. That’s the kind of magic Michelle has. She even surprised me with the manyyyy pictures she took and sent the day after. They were so carefully and thoughtfully taken. They were beautiful! I was really hesitant about getting a wedding coordinator because I was a nonprofit event coordinator/manager, so I was ready to be my own wedding coordinator. Granted you cannot compare fundraisers to weddings, but I was ready for this. My husband and I ultimately decided that it was impossible for me to do everything on our special day, so we went with Michelle. I wouldn’t have made it through my wedding without her. I don’t have the words to express the gratitude I feel that she was the person who took care of everything. You won’t regret having Michelle by your side on your wedding day.

    If you are at all on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator for your wedding, I’m here to tell you right now that you need one! My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago and Cheers to Two provided day of coordination services for my wedding and Michelle did a stellar job. From the start, Michelle worked with me to find a package that fit my needs for my wedding and I appreciated that so much. At our initial meet-up, Michelle was asking me questions that never even crossed my mind. This is the reason you need a coordinator. I consider myself to be a pretty organized person, but there will be things that you don’t think of on your own. Cheers to Two shares an amazing Google spreadsheet with different tabs to ensure we were on the same page throughout the planning process and I loved it!! Michelle professionally communicated with all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was in order. A few weeks before the wedding, we did a site visit and Michelle brought her tablet, taking notes and asking all the right questions. Aside from being the sweetest person ever, Michelle was incredibly organized throughout the entire process and was amazing about staying in contact with me and reminding me of things when I was going crazy in the weeks leading up to the wedding. When my special day arrived, I felt relaxed knowing that Michelle was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. I knew my wedding was in good hands and that truly made the day so stress-free. Michelle and her assistant did an amazing job. They even resewed a button on one of the groomsmen’s jackets! They were prepared for everything! Genuinely, not a single thing went wrong at my wedding and Michelle played a huge role in that. The decor for our reception was set so beautifully. I absolutely loved it. As the reception was wrapping up, unbeknownst to me, Michelle was quietly gathering all of our decor and belongings and packing them up for us. When I got back to our hotel, I called me mom concerned about whether some items were left behind and she said, “don’t worry, Michelle grabbed all of it.” What a life-saver! Michelle was the real MVP of our wedding. If you are considering hiring her and want to have an amazing, stress-free event, please do. I will be recommending her to everyone I know!     Highly highly recommend Michelle for all of your event panning especially your big day, your wedding. She is so easy to talk to, beyond organize and more importantly very responsive! She can make your dream wedding and ideas come to life. Would definitely recommend her to everyone that I know that needs a planner!

    I have a photobooth business, and had the pleasure of working with Michelle & her team this weekend to service a wedding, so I am writing this review as a vendor, and from a vendor's perspective. To start, Michelle is on top of it! She is incredibly organized and strikes me as someone who dots her "i's" and crosses her "t's". If there is any missing information, incomplete documents, or details needed from a vendor, she always follows up via email & text and makes sure that those requirements get sent in. She is on top of it and is pretty persistent in her follow-ups, so my advice to other vendors is to just get those requirements in early! :) Before the big day, Michelle follows up with the vendors to confirm details like arrival times, service schedules, vendor meal preferences, etc. And she provides everyone a final timeline along with detailed instructions & maps to make loading in and setting up easy & smooth for all of us. It's actually pretty amazing to watch. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented as well, and based on my interaction with her, she seems to be always thinking about the experience that she wants to create for bride/groom and their guests. When it was time for the big event - the wedding ceremony, everything came together just beautifully and the bride's walk down the aisle was absolutely flawless. It was really something special. You can feel the spirit of the moment in the calm, beautiful atmosphere that the team created...it was a very special moment. So to that...I want to say cheers to the team that has executed flawlessly to make it all happen....cheers to you, Cheers To Two! :) And cheers to Team Awesome!
