About this venue

We established roots in Pope County, Minnesota in 2009 with the intent to grow grapes and make wine. As the winery dream became a reality, we were steadfast in our desire to provide a place that not only produces fantastic wines, but a space where our friends, neighbors and guests could share special moments together, while enjoying the picturesque views of Lake Minnewaska. Celebration spot with picturesque views overlooking our vineyards and Lake Minnewaska.

We fell in love with this farm because of its undulating hills and its promising potential to grow grapes. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets are unforgettable. There’s nothing like a sitting on our patio on a summer night, listening to music, and overlooking our vineyard and Lake Minnewaska.

Includes: • Photos only • 2 hours of time to be on site and take photos. • Must arrange 2 months in advance • Only available if no other events are taking place on site that day • Inquire about details of where photos can be taken

This package is for those who want to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony and their reception at a different location. • Outdoor ceremony space, Barrel Room and adjacent patio space for 5 hours of time (including set up time and clean up time for group) • Picturesque landscape for photos • Parking for guests • Client to provide anything necessary for the ceremony such as chairs, decorations, etc. | RFV does not supply chairs, tent, additional decorations, etc.• Additional $250 wine minimum applies

RFV will take care of wine and beer services. If you wish to have spirits, your catering company is allowed to provide spirits and set ups for those drinks.

Yes, we offer free parking for up to 400 guests. Some walking would be required. Some couples rent golf carts and have their ushers bring guests up from the parking lot.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We accessibility around the side of our building to the Barrel Room. Access to the ceremony and reception areas are right off of the parking lot, but areas are not paved.

Ceremony site, Barrel Room, adjacent patio space (36x36), picturesque landscape for photos, parking for guests for 5 hours of time.

Your reservation includes five hours from start to finish, including the time it takes your group staff to set up and clean up. Each additional hour is billed at $75 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

We are 2.5 hours from the MSP airport, roughly 1 hour from St. Cloud airport, and 2 hours from Fargo airport.

The host of wedding receptions (The Reserve package) are required to get a liability insurance policy and present it to their Wedding Director at least 14 days prior to their event. The policy is required to have the following: $1,000,000/occurrence & $2,000,000 general aggregate Rolling Forks Vineyards listed as additionally insured Hosted Liquor Liability
