    Manny and his full service catering staff at Tamale Spaceship were an absolute joy to work with, and knocked it out of the park with our wedding catering. From the first point of contact, Manny was communicative, available, and patient with all of our questions. We were able to bring in our own alcohol and still work with Tamale Spaceship to have them bartend and serve their amazing margaritas! Manny had us come to a tasting at his prep kitchen and it was wonderful - so intimate, unique, and yummy. We served multiple types of tacos at our wedding, as well as elote and mutante salad, and all was delicious. They were very accommodating to vegan/vegetarian needs as well as serving our dessert from another vendor without an upcharge. Manny and his staff helped to flip our space during cocktail hour and the whole day went seamlessly thanks to their experience and professionalism. The food received rave reviews from all of our guests. We would choose Tamale Spaceship again for events in a heartbeat!
