    We booked Collins Entertainment for our October wedding at the Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, CT. We had an unbelievably amazing experience with this company from the top to the bottom. Our DJ, Jared, was exceptional with music selection, a master emcee, was accommodating and seemed to be everywhere at once. My guests left saying he was the best DJ they've ever seen at a wedding for how many hits he put out. He was able to read the crowd really well, and knew how to get everyone on the dance floor. Jared had battery-powered setups for both the ceremony and reception, so we didn't have to worry about outlets in a remote area outdoors, which was very nice. Our planning sessions with Jim, Mitch, and Jared were comprehensive and they gave us all the tools we needed to succeed. The package price was very reasonable too, and was a leading factor for why we chose them as well. We used their mirror photo booth as well, which was very fun. The mirror booth even came with a long red carpet! The operator, Randall, was very accommodating and helpful with guests, making it fun and easy for everyone. We highly recommend Collins Entertainment!

    My husband and I got married September 16th at St Clements. Let me just start off by saying, Collins goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. We had Jared as a DJ and a lot of people never left the dance floor (me being included). They made the night. Thank you so much! I promise, you won’t be disappointed with Collins.

    When we first looked into hiring a DJ, we thought it was as simple as picking someone to play music and get the dance floor going. But we were impressed with how much more there was to it, and Collins Entertainment had it all covered from start to finish! There were so many details that we had not considered, like doing a "farewell dance" towards the end of the night. They also offered perspectives that we had not considered, like the benefits of doing wedding party introductions since we had not done programs. Because there is a team of DJs and they take incredible notes, it also means that there is a seamless transition in case of any emergencies. Our original DJ had a family medical emergency, but his colleague was able to step in without missing a beat (pun intended). We highly recommend!

    Whenever I find out I'm working a wedding with Collins Entertainment I get excited! Jim and his team always bring the party and are so great to work with vendor to vendor! Plus, he takes great care of his couples (which not all DJs do) making sure they've got great music, a charismatic emcee, and that ALL the guests at the wedding have something to get up on the dancefloor for.
