Dave Wilson Music

Dave Wilson is a leading jazz saxophonist, recording artist, band leader, composer, and educator in the Central PA/ Delaware Valley area, with a regularly active venue and festival schedule as both a leader of his own contemporary jazz groups and as a sideman. I am active playing at concerts, festivals, restaurants and private events in Central Pennsylvania, and play or have played in Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and New York City. I am also a recording artist and have produced six CDs as the Dave Wilson Quartet, which have received national airplay and been reviewed favorably in major publications.

I have experience as playing at private events including weddings and corporate affairs. I work regularly with the BRP Entertainment (agency) out of Camp Hill, PA. I have two main groups in this regard, the Dave Wilson Group (Jazz/Variety) and the Rampart Street Ramblers (New Orleans/Traditional Jazz). Please note I am adept at tailoring a music performance to an individual venue. I am adept at including a commercial repertoire including the Great American Songbook as well as what might qualify as smooth jazz or jazz pop. I am passionate about my work as a musician and have a great track record as a leader. I get the job done.
