One stop show for all your event needs
I just absolutely love this team. Claudia, Bianca, and her husband are some of the best people I've met and I am so lucky that I found them. They are extremely sweet, thorough, and organized. They do such an amazing job at running their business, and truly pride themselves in being to be a partner in the process not just another vendor. ALL WHILE acting as a one-stop shop for everything you could need for an event. If I found myself needing anything I would reach out to DV first to see if they could do it or knew anyone who could. The are some of the most resourceful vendors ever. I had such a positive experience with them that I truly do wish they would have been a part of my planning team. Although they we're such huge help that they felt like they were anyways. I appreciate all your hard work on my wedding. You all made it so special, I could not have done it without you. You went above and beyond for me and I'll sing your praises forever. If you are looking for a one-stop-shop for all your event needs, coupled with some of the sweetest kindest people you've ever met Desert Vibe is your answer.

WOW! Where to even being. DVE blew our expectations out of the water. We hired them for planning, floral, design, photobooth and DJ. Having one company essentially be 90% of your vendors makes things so much easier – believe me, I was an out of town bride! The were always prompt with responses which is invaluable when planning a wedding. They always made themselves available and were professional yet down to earth. They listened to us and were able to also make polite suggestions which were truly appreciated so much. They are the BEST. I am a self-admitted control freak, and Bianca and her team made me feel so comfortable that I was actually able to relax and enjoy my wedding day with my loved ones. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/day of coordinator – DO IT. One thing that really sticks out to me was in one of our first meetings when Bianca said “do you really want to be having to look for a power outlet on your wedding day to let the different vendors know where they can plug things in?!?” ABSOLULEY NOT. She was truly amazing, and had the most amazing staff on site for the day of to make sure that everything went smoothly. Our flowers were so spectacularly beautiful I can’t even begin to describe it. So many people came to tell us how beautiful the flowers were – and they did it for a very reasonable price! The design of our wedding was exactly what we wanted, the executed 100%. It was completely Pinterest worthy – total perfection!! Our photobooth was so sleek and modern. It was technologically advanced and so easy to use – both for kids and adults. There are so many options from photos to videos, gifs, etc. and they also bring fantastic props! Danny the DJ was unbelievable. He was the best DJ I’ve ever had (I may be biased because it was my wedding, BUT I’ve been to A LOT of parties). He took our pre-made playlist and put his own spin on it, but still managed to play the songs we love. He kept the whole dance floor packed for the entire night! He even had people on balconies across from the venue bopping! If you couldn’t already tell I would recommend DVE 10/10 for everyone. I had so many people come up to me and say that my wedding was the best that they had ever been to. Bianca, Claudia, Danny and their entire team are all a true dream to work with. I wish that I could have another wedding just so I could work with them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making it our dream wedding and the most special day of our lives.
Desert Vibe Events was Amazing
Where do I begin? Gratitude is a word I would use to describe how I felt after working with Bianca and her team. From day one she made me feel like family. I contacted Bianca a little over a month before my big day. I was nervous, scared, and uncertain about the short amount of time I had left before my wedding. I spoke and she listened, boy did she listen. She made sure everything would fall into place on my wedding day. Even though I had lots of things in place, I had no idea I still needed so much done. That's where Bianca and her team created the magic. From making sure we had a schedule of all the important details of the wedding, (hair and makeup, pick up flowers, schedule for pictures, wedding party entrance, and songs) to contacting all my vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was there when they were supposed to be. I knew I had made the right decision when I booked Bianca. She made me feel so at ease and calm and I didn't worry about anything the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly and all I heard was "Bianca was amazing, she took care of us, she was so caring, she always asked if we needed anything." whether you are looking for someone to help you plan from day one or whether you only have a month to go and need someone. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND DESERT VIBE EVENTS!! Bianca and Claudia, thank you for making my wedding day a dream come true. Everyone is still talking about the wedding of the year!! We were searching for a DJ willing to travel to our unconventional Joshua Tree Wedding, and we're sure grateful we found Desert Vibe Events! We were looking for music that fit our festival-themed wedding vibe, without steering down the path of typical wedding music. From start to finish they nailed it! We wanted a tropical house vibe during the reception to slowly progress towards EDM remixes and deep house. They delivered! Our venue had a ton of activities guests could enjoy, but the only place people were at the end of the night was the dance floor. We couldn't be more happy with how this enhanced our evening and have nothing but praise and thanks for the team at Desert Vibes. Thank you for the amazing experience!
