I know wedding planning can be super stressful and I am here to make it easier. I have been DJing weddings for over 6 years and one of my favorite parts of the job has been making your event run super smoothly. I will go over order of events with you to make sure the night flows perfectly, MC your night, and of course play all your favorite music to make sure everyone is dancing and having the best time. I also offer a package with more in depth day of coordination to make sure that you don't have to worry about the cake, the flowers, or watching the clock on your big day.

DJ and Day of Coordinator
Price$2,200
This package is great for couples who want everything under one roof. I will be there on your day right from the beginning of the day, coordinating set up, and vendor arrivals. I will field concerns and last minute issues all day so that you can relax. I will then transition into your MC and DJ as guests arrive and can be there to solve issues up until the Dance floor when I will be actively DJing. After we dance the night away, I will organize tear down.

Rachel is the best!
Rachel killed it as the DJ for our reception. When we met with her before the event, she asked so many great questions and helped us think through things we hadn't even considered (it was really helpful!). She did an amazing job of blending the different vibes of the night seamlessly, while guiding us and our guests along the way and keeping everyone engaged. On the dancefloor, every song was a banger. I don't think I stopped dancing for 2 hours straight. We got so many compliments from our guests about her and the song selections. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
Living Like Lebo
Rachel is an outstanding DJ and emcee. She met with us virtually a few times to get our music squared away for an awesome reception. She was always professional and carried a calming presence with her that assured us we'd made the right choice. Rachel kept guests glued to the dance floor, reading the room perfectly with whatever song came next. Easy communication, affordable, and an expert in her role. We didn't utilize her day-of services, but I imagine she is proficient in anything she may be hired for. We highly recommend DJ Rachel!
Rachel is worth her weight in gold
Rachel is hands down the best wedding DJ available in the area. She was engaging, got people on the dance floor, and kept them on the dance floor. I also used her for my Day Of Coordinator and I could not have had the wedding I had without her. The entire day was perfect, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time while she executed everything effortlessly. 12/10, I’d give 6 stars if I could.
Best Wedding DJ Ever!
All of our guests could not stop talking about what an amazing DJ Rachel was! She brought so much personality and fun to our event and helped make it truly special! In addition to keeping the dance floor PACKED for the whole night, Rachel acted as emcee and kept the night moving smoothly with announcements, reminders, and helpful information. She is extremely professional and helped us smooth out the details of the flow of the evening during our planning meeting a few weeks before. She thought of so many details we hadn't considered and came to us with a ton of great ideas! We especially loved an idea she gave us for getting photos with every table in a fun and quick way after dinner to keep the party moving! She worked hard to get a sense of our music taste and planned an excellent evening of dancing, and also great happy hour/dinner music that our guests loved. She got SO MANY compliments from guests and the venue coordinator, who said she'd never seen the dance floor so packed for so much of the evening. We could not have picked a better DJ--you will absolutely LOVE working with Rachel!
