Mary Alice and Rosa met in 2013, while studying at The University of Minnesota. After performing together in various ensembles, they decided to form Roma Duo just one year later. The duo loves performing in a variety of settings, from yoga classes at Minnehaha park to the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. From the moment of booking, we'll work with you to plan the perfect musical lineup for your event.

    I cannot recommend Roma Duo enough! Roma Duo performed during our ceremony and cocktail reception at our wedding. From the beginning, they were great to work with. They ask the right questions to ensure a smooth experience. They have a great repertoire as well! They brought a level of elegance to my special day that you can’t get with a DJ or CD. The guests loved the live music and raved about their song selections. You can tell that this duo is well-rehearsed and passionate about what they do. They truly were part of making my day so memorable.

    Mary Alice and Roma Duo were such a great addition to our mini wedding this fall. Their music is absolutely beautiful and they were even willing to play some custom requests we had for songs that weren’t on their repertoire! Easy to work with, great communicators, and a gorgeous end product- my husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
