McKarl’s Libations is a bartending and beverage consulting company that has a passion for creating unique craft cocktails with genuine hospitality. The owners, Sarah and Matt have 15+ years in the food/beverage industry and have taken their passion mobile to bring the element of craft to private events. They started their journey in down town St. Augustine, FL, working at bars such as The Ice Plant, Prohibition Kitchen, & Odd Birds. Now they are working to expand their knowledge and skills to help elevate weddings and private parties. Bringing craft cocktail “bars” to you.

McKarl’s doesn’t just serve beverages. We create an experience! We love the opportunity to create one of a kind drinks for clients and their guests. We take the time to really get to know our clients and create beverages that fit them based off of their favorite flavors. We also like to incorporate beverages where no one feels left out. Non alcoholic cocktails are on the rise and we believe in making everyone feel apart of the party.

    Let me start by saying that Matt and Sarah are the BEST bartending duo I have ever seen! They bartended my couple's wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough great things about them. The fact that they even offered my couple a tasting of their drinks before booking is amazing! I've never had a bartending company even offer this to any of my clients! They are both so professional, so efficient and so talented! The guest count was well over 150 people and they never had a long line, even without having barbacks! If you are looking for bartenders for your event you absolutely DO NOT need to look any further! They even offer curated chef and mixologist pairing events! 1000000/10 recommend!!!

    The compliments are never ending with this dynamic duo. They had several sit downs with myself and my husband to ensure the menu was exactly what we wanted. They made a personalized bar menu that was an absolute hit with all of our guests. They were extremely kind and professional throughout the event. I never once felt like they were not capable of providing exceptional customer service. Even when the ice machine broke at the beginning of the wedding day, they figured out a plan and saw it through without adding any stress to myself or everyone preparing for the day. Their drink making skills are out of this world, and nearly a year and a half after our wedding ... I just had a family member ask me what the ingredients were to my special cocktail ... IT WAS THAT MEMORABLE! They exude confidence with their craft, and it was a breath of fresh air to know ourselves and our guests were going to enjoy themselves and their drinks of choice. And I definitely want to point out, that we all have that one person or people who get a little too rowdy after drinking. McKarl's Libations is not afraid to cut someone off, and I respect that immensely. I cannot tell you how many times I have recommended them to friends and family who are looking for their services. They are absolutely wonderful human beings who I just can't thank enough.
