Coffee Cart

After opening up a brick-and-mortar location in 2019 (terrible timing 😊), we had to figure out how to get our delicious coffee to you. With backyard weddings and outdoor events on the rise, we created the Queen City coffee cart. We are a full-service mobile coffee cart, serving specialty coffee and tea. We serve delicious specialty drinks with high quality ingredients like freshly roasted coffee and our in house syrups. Let us bring the coffee shop experience to your next event!

We source and roast all of the coffee we serve - so you know it is fresh! We source our coffee from all around the world – from Ethiopia, Brazil to Ecuador. Your guests will be sipping on delicious espresso, specialty lattes or maybe a cold brew. You can select from our standard menu or we will work with you to create a custom menu – including a specialty drink of the day! We are here to customize our service to create a unique experience everyone will remember.

Coffee Cart Package

Price$650

Description

Pricing includes unlimited drip coffee, cold brew and teas for 2 hours. Drip coffee will be made fresh, onsite. Additional hours can be added, if needed.

Espresso Cart Package

Price$1,200

Description

This package includes everything from our "coffee package" plus all the specialty coffees you would find in our shop. We can make espresso shots, cappuccinos, lattes, and even our specialty lattes like the Honey Oat Latte. All options can also be made iced.

    As a vendor myself, I know when working with other vendors the level of effort and dedication that is put into ensuring that a client is satisfied and executing work that is exceptional. I hired Queen City Coffee Roasters’s coffee cart for my sisters bridal shower. They provided a coffee cart with two baristas and their finest coffee. Monica was very quick to respond, and was able to accommodate an all female staff as requested. We even worked together to curate a Bridgerton themed menu (the bridal shower was Bridgerton theme) for the guests with a custom logo that was on display during the shower. I have worked with other coffee cart vendors before, but the experience that I received with working with Queen City Coffee Roasters is one that I value and will always cherish. Guests that attended the event were raving about the taste of the coffee (from hot tea, coffee, flavored lattes and more). I plan on hiring Queen City Coffee Roasters when planning any event in the future. I am a frequent buyer of Queen City Coffee Roasters’s beans as they are the best quality and often gift them to friends and family!
