The Parched Poppies
We encourage all interested clients to contact us via our website contact form. We offer multiple services that can best be seen on our website. We offer estimates for service if contacted directly. Our staff have more than 25 years of bartending experience. We specialize in weddings, but can do any kind of private event.
After years of being stuck with mundane corporate menus, only constructing vibrant and lively drinks at home for friends and family, and dreaming of owning my own bar, we decided to start The Parched Poppies. Now we get to serve our favorite type of customer every time we tend bar. We have designed menus for a diverse pool of clients, offering from the classics to tailored, custom drinks. Thanks to my fabulous clients, we are growing as bartenders and as a business every year. The Parched Poppies packages
Trash Hauling & Disposal
Does your venue require that you have the trash removed from the property at the end of the night? We can haul all of your trash with the exception of the caterer's trash and dispose of it for you.
Hydration Station
Our hydration station includes four drink dispensers (1 iced tea, 1 lemonade, and 2 water stations) and the table for them to sit on. Provided with the package will be iced tea, lemonade, water, and the refilling of the dispensers for the duration of service. Water stations will include lemon water and cucumber mint water.

Coffee Nook
Our coffee nook includes coffee and hot water, as well as cups, lids, and sleeves. We will provide the coffee, tea options, cream, sugar, and cups, as well as the table for this all to sit on.

Cocktail Tables
Our cocktail tables include up to six bar height tables with black or white full length linens. We offer additional decor for your cocktail tables if you would like to add a little something extra to them. This includes glass or bronze candlestick holders, glass votives, and colored runners. If you are interested in cocktail table decor, please let us know.

The best bartenders for your event!!
The Parched Poppies served our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Caroline answered all my questions quickly and always kept me in the loop during the planning process. They offer so many bar options from drink choices, rentals, lawn games and our personal favorite, a champagne tower :) Caroline and Nathan truly take pride in their work and will do everything to make your event the best day ever! They are amazing, down to earth people, professional and dedicated to us and our guests. I highly recommend The Parched Poppies for your bartending needs.

We worked with Caroline and Nathan at The Parched Poppies as a vendor for our Humboldt wedding this summer. No contract can outline the amount of work and effort these two will put into your big day. Caroline was quick to respond and reach out for any questions, suggestions, planning and support that we needed to make our day as special as it was. Anything you could possibly need was in Poppy (mobile bar) or her emergency kit, including magnets to help me bustle my dress. No details were forgotten, whether we needed custom signage, lawn games, recipe suggestions, cocktail tables and linens, table details like napkins, runners, etc., The Parched Poppies made it happen for us. There was never a moment where stress was added to my plate while working with Caroline and Nathan. Not only is she an incredible bartender, but a visionary, planner, confidant and teammate throughout the entire event planning process. I would hire The Parched Poppies again and again, for any event I am planning. They are our number one recommended vendor that we've had the experience to work with.
Absolutely Amazing!!!
Parched poppies was incredible on our wedding day! From the very beginning their communication was top notch and they really helped us figure out exactly what we wanted out of our wedding day! From organizing shopping lists, showing up early on the big day, and even providing stand up cocktail tables, they really went above and beyond! Their professionalism, smiling faces, and commitment to their clients was absolutely incredible! Not to mention the delicious drinks! Cannot recommend The Parched Poppies enough! Excellent service with a lot of joy!
From the start, working with Parched Poppies was an excellent experience. They were one of the few mobile bar vendors that allowed for such flexibility in their packages as opposed to only letting you pick from 2 or 3 options. We ended up with a custom package that was so reasonably priced and it included everything except the alcohol. Admittedly I was worried about moving to plastic ware after we ran out of glass ware and everything they provided was such great quality. I also have to call out that the service goes far beyond just bartending at the wedding. The Parched Poppies guided us through how much alcohol to buy, put together a wonderful menu for us to pick cocktails from, and they were so willing to do everything they could to make our big day the most special, including moving from their mobile trailer bar to a bar closer to the reception area for our wedding midway through the reception. I honestly leaned so much on them and they delivered 110%. I heard from so many of my family and friends about how lovely the bartenders were and how delicious the cocktails turned out. All in all, I would highly recommend the Parched Poppies if you’re looking for a mobile bar — they’re professional, flexible, and very sweet folks!
